Supply ,Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Diesel Generating (D.G.) set with CLASS G3 governing (40% step load) , alternator of 625 kVA output at 0.8 PF continuous rating with 10% overload capacity for 1 hour in 12 hours, 3 phase, 415 V, 50c/s, radiator cooled,multi-cylinder diesel engine at 1500 rpm , seperately excited AMG having Class H, SPDP alternator (with battery charging generator),with Static AVR +/- 1% & THD<3%, running at 1500 rpm. Both the engine and alternator shall be direct coupled on a common fabricated steel base frame anti vibrating pad mounted with controller suitable for full parallel operation of multiple generators having Engine & generator protection(including REF & RPR)/ parameter display/ operator interface/Power Command 3.3 control system/AMF panel/ Synchronization/Dedicated earthing system/RS 485 Modbus connectivity, etc. The complete set shall be enclosed in composite acoustic enclosure as fully assembled integral unit in silenced accoustic canopy, giving 75 dB at 1 meter,made of 16/14 swg CRCA sheet, complete with first filling of Lube oil/diesel/coolant & fuel hoses, battery, residential silencers,mounted on plinth & obtaining necessary approval from electrical inspector. a) Exhaust piping to be raised upto terace level of nearest building. b) Power/control cabling, terminations, etc. c) 990 ltr. capacity external deisel tank. d). Height of Stack to be maintained as = Height of building + 0.2 * √kVA . e) Factory testing to be carried out in present of ACTREC engineering before despatch of equipments. f) D.G. Sets should comply latest CPCB-IV Norms. g) Required size of foundations.
