Repairs to leakage from the junction of wall Each and end of aluminum sheet covering as per follows:- (a) Cutting of grooves in wall near to junction area by mechanical Cutting machine and cleaning aluminium sheet surface by wire brush etc. After brushing wash the entire surface by clean water and keep the surface open for drying up to 24 hours. (b) Fix the end surface of aluminum sheet with wall by screwing etc and fill the gap by binding material ( ie putty etc) (c) Now apply one coat of liquid ( i.e mixture of satyam resin G. P. Hardener cobalt ,catalyst MICP , pigment binding powder etc) now provide a Mat of approved quality of binani or similar makes. Now apply a coat of liquid over MAT. Now allow for drying. After drying apply second coat same as 1st coat above and left for 12 hours (d) Now apply 3rd coat same as1st coat above the thickness of all 3 coats should be 3mm or more.
