15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material with in all leads and lifts. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in all leads and lifts.as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within all leads and lifts. (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured). From brick work in Cement mortar.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads and lifts.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :In cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within all leads and lifts : Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within all leads and lifts in:-R.S. Joists

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within all lead & lift.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within all leads and lifts.For any thickness of tiles .

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.and stacking the material within in all leads and lifts. of:-G.S. Sheet

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in all leads and lifts, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Note:-Minimum Credit of Servicable material after dismantling i.e reinforced steel 5665 kg,Bricks 18910 Nos,Structural steel 922.26 kg and Prepainted sheet 3236 kg,and ordinary stone 156.06Cum will be recovered for Rs.4,43,771/- only from the Contractor/Firm/Co.
