REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF VRF PLANT AT INHS ASVINI UNDER AGE (I) ASVINI, COLABA, MUMBAI

Repairs and routine maintenance of VRF air-conditioning plants of MITSUBISHI / BLUE STAR make, with outdoor unit capacities ranging from 07 HP to 28 HP, including round-the-clock operation and maintaining the required indoor temperature of 21°C ± 3°C without interruption. The work shall include daily monitoring, periodic servicing, repairs and replacement of unserviceable minor components such as: 1.1 Controlling valves and refrigerant line accessories 1.2 Copper tubing, joints and fittings 1.3 Nitrile rubber insulation for refrigerant piping 1.4 Electrical and electronic components 1.5 Control wiring, communication wiring and earthing 1.6 Sensors, thermistors and related controls 1.7 Thermocol inner packing materials, if required 1.8 Indoor and outdoor fan motor windings/repairs 1.9 Vibration pads and mounting arrangements 1.10 Painting of rusted outdoor unit stands/supports 1.11 Drainage lines, pre-filters and cleaning of indoor units 1.12 Leak testing, gas pressure checks and system performance testing 1.13 All other accessories required for smooth functioning of VRF system Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of mirror finish hard drawn copper refrigerant piping of size 25 mm to 42 mm dia, suitable for VRF system, including all required fittings such as bends, elbows, tees and internal joint type connectors. The complete piping shall be pressure tested for requisite working pressure and supported at intervals of 2.4 metres. All refrigerant piping shall be provided with thermal insulation of 19/13 mm thick Class “O” Armaflex nitrile rubber insulation. The piping shall be laid in GI tray, including dismantling and removal of old unserviceable/damaged refrigerant pipes, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 38 above, but for hard drawn copper refrigerant piping of size 6.5 mm to 16 mm dia, including insulation, fittings, pressure testing, supports, laying in GI tray and removal of old unserviceable piping, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
