Patch Repair work in Zone No 3 (ARC)

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m -Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3

Wet Mix Macadam -Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with all lead

Supply of readymade cold bituminous mixture for pothole patching in potholes in accordance with IRC:116-2014 specifications with IRC: 116-2014 spccifications with 5.6% MC-800 Cut back Bitumen and suitable anti stripping agent with all lead and lift in 50 kg plastic lined sturdy bags complete in all respect as per direction of engincer-in- charge including all transportation, stacking & taxes etc

Spreading of manure , good earth in required thickness (cost of manure and good earth to be separately )

Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat, 13 mm thick pre-mix carpet and seal coat type B as per MoRTH specification Clause 3004.2

Construction of un-reinforced , plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade), thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43/53 grade cement as per Clause 602, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a in fully automatic Batching Plant and transported to site in transit mixer for having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , with all lead and lift including cost of admixtures in recommended portion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in charge laid with a Fixed Form Paver (laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene Film and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRTH Specification Clause 602 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments (Dowel Bars will be paid seprately).

Prime Coat- Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat -Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying and consolidation Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete, as per Design Mix (approved by Engineer), on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 500-15 for wearing coarse including loading of material with F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregate, filler and bitumen (including Cost of anti-stripping compound Minimum 1% in Lime/Cement as per design wherever required) heating and mixing in in computerised hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensor control to the required level and grade, compacting by power rollers and vibratory rollers or 150 to 250 KN pneumatic tyred roller with TP = 0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approximately 2.3 tonne/cum) complete as per clause 508 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion but excluding primer/tack coat.35-40 mm compacted thickness (Grade-1) using Bitumen VG-grade 30 @ 4.5% (percent by weight of total mix)

Raising precast circular manhole cover and frame by taking out existing precast frame and cover, providing and fixing precast SFRC circular spacer of required height, re-fixing existing manhole cover frame and cover with cement sand mortar (1:3), including making good the damage, complete as directed by Engineer.
