S&F in repair sheet steel looping boxes of size 300 x200x150mm, factory made, consisting of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and aluminium bus bar 3 phase, 4 wire system of capacity 200 Amp, MCB of capacity 10 Amp, 10 KA breaking capacity and proper locking arrangement and opening for incoming and outgoing cable including taking down of existing looping box complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note for ser item No 43 to 45:- (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply and fix in replacement, errecting of steel tubular poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for cutting of Hardstanding/road by mannual method upto 100mm deep for inserting GI pipe for cable protection complete including ready mix concreate and making good distrubed surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L complete for drilling hole under hard standing /road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of mannual booky upto 200 mm and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to electrical equipments steel sections, rolling shutters etc with two coat of synthetic enamel high glow paint Ist grade including preparation/cleaning of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new changeover switches in sheet steel encloser 415V, 50 Hz 100Amps 4 Pole on existing pole/wall complete all as specified including Taking down old UNSV of any description type changeover switch, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Automatic Phase Sequence Corrector suitable for 15 HP with sheet metal encloser including copper lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing in replacement automatic Phase Sequence Corrector suitable for 7.5 HP with sheet metal encloser including copper lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI light bolt nuts, check nuts and washers of including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit of PCC in 1:2:4 type B-1, with RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-0 using MS TMT 8mm dia @ 150 c/c both way with suitable handle, angle iron frame made out of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4mm, including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt in alternate layers all around the earth plate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) connected to earthing test point including test point made out of 40 x 3mm GI flat iron, all as specified and indicated including testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing, for machinery/ equipment installed at power house/sub station complete all as specified and directed.

(Note:- (i) GI strip upto 7.5RM from earth point shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Old unserviceable material like steel plate & brick, angle shall be taken on charge iron scrap in 'KG'. (iii) Testing report of earthing will be passed by EIC and submitted alongwith RAR before payment.

M & L for earthing in replacement GI plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 32x6mm galvanised strip as earthing lead thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of size 25x4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers madeout of copper or tinned brass and protection GI pipe of 40mm dia all as specified and testing complete including earthwork, PCC chamber, RCC chamber cover with handle GI watering pipe 20mm dia, GI funnel with wire mesh, magnesium sulphate, salt, charcoal, lugs etc and method of earthing shall be as per plate No :3 of SSR part -I complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) GI strip upto 7.5RM from earth point shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Old unserviceable material like steel plate & brick, angle shall be taken on charge iron scrap in 'KG'. (iii) Testing report of earthing will be passed by EIC and submitted alongwith RAR before payment.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of F/P box / LT Panel by removing all dirt, dust, etc with the help of blower and spray painting complete surface incl angle iron with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide including writing of identification etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

An amount of Rs 1,57,182.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
