REPAIR AND MAINT AND CLEANING OF PVC AND RCC TANK CLEANING AT JCOS ORS CIVILIANS MD ACCN OTM ACCN AND RELATED WORKS UNDER ZONE C AREA AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

M&L for cleaning internally PVC overhead water tank of capacity not exceeding 500 litres installed at various locations in A & B Area including pumping out accumulated water by dewatering pump or through drain-out arrangement, removing complete silt/sludge by suction/vacuum process, scrubbing and removing all mud, dirt, algae, fungus and calcination deposits from internal surfaces, pressure jet cleaning, disinfecting internally with bleaching powder solution of approved concentration, ensuring tank is free from bacterial traces and foreign matter, reconnecting all fittings and making tank operational complete, including all labour, tools & plant, safety equipment and all other connected items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of labour, materials, T&P, safety equipment and all incidental charges. (ii) Contractor shall ensure cleaning of tank once in six months. In case of failure to clean the tank within the stipulated period, a penalty of Rs. 500/- per tank shall be recovered from the contractor’s account.

All as per BOQ Sl No 1 above, but capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres.

All as per BOQ Sl No 1 above, but capacity exceeding 1000 litres and not exceeding 2000 litres.

All as per BOQ Sl No 1 above, but capacity exceeding 2000 litres and not exceeding 5000 litres.

M&L for taking down unserviceable GI/UPVC/CPVC fittings of sizes 15mm, 20mm and 25mm dia including bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, cap plugs, sockets, reducer sockets, reducer nipples, reducer tees, reducer elbows, unions, Tank Nipples, Floot valve and similar fittings from existing water supply lines and relieving air lock of water circulation system from outlet of overhead tank to all connected GI pipe fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) All complaints shall be handed over daily by Water Supply Complaint Cell to contractor’s representative at 0900 hrs for carrying out necessary repair/replacement work. The complaints shall be attended and completed on the same day and complaint slip duly signed by user shall be returned. A penalty of Rs. 500/- per complaint shall be levied if contractor’s representative fails to complete the complaint on the same day without valid reason. (b) Supply of fittings required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective Schedule items. (c) Replacement of GI/UPVC/CPVC pipes of any size shall be measured and paid separately under relevant supply and fixing items. (d) T&P, threading tools, solvent, hemp, Teflon tape etc & Transportation / local conveyance included the quoted rates.

Supply only Elbow fitting (ISI Marked) GI medium grade of size 15mm complete all as specified and directed .

All as per BOQ Sl No. 6 above but size of 20mm.

All as per BOQ Sl No. 6 above but size of 25mm.

Supply only Tee fitting (ISI Marked) GI medium grade of size 15mm complete all as specified and directed .

All as per BOQ Sl No. 9 above but size of 20mm.
