A-Schedule A(SOR Supply Portion) 64699213.56 Below/P
Supply of tool kit- required for Trouble Shooting and repair of hardware and software for EI system should be supplied for stations as per schedule item 1 above. (This includes tools required for EI maintenance sorts of crimping, insertion, removal, general purpose tools like screw drivers, spanners, PCB extractor, temp. controlled soldering iron, wire cutter, nose plier etc. & measuring instruments with carrying case/ holders/cabinet for technicians/ J.E. or testing, 1 Maintenance and repair at site). Each set comprises of the following :- (a) Crimping tools for all types of special cable assembly used in EI system. (b) Insertion tool for all types of special cable assembly used in EI system. (c ) Removal tools for all types of special cable assembly used in EI (d) Digital multimeter (Tektronics/Fluke/MEGGER/RISHAV or better) system. (e) Steel cabinet / Almira (Godrej/Durian/Transteel) of good quality to store tool, spare cards and documents. (f) Clamp Earth Tester. (Fluke 287/MEGGER/RISHAV or better) (g) Clamp Current Meter. (Fluke 287/MEGGER/RISHAV or better) (h) 6 nos. Electrostatic Discharge Wrist Band for cards modules protection.
Supply of as made documents (Manuals for Installation, Testing, and maintenance of the system) (One set consists of 6 set of following drawings per station). (i) Manual for installation, Testing, Commissioning and maintenance of the system for Technicians/Jr. Engineers. (Installation and maintenance level ) (ii) Functioning and system overview (Higher Management Level) (iii) Completion documents as per special conditions of contract. (iv) Design & supply of circuits and plans to suit layout given in the signaling plan for Hot Standby Architecture Electronic Interlocking (EI) system. All plan and wiring diagram shall be prepared on AutoCAD Drawing and supplied with C D . This will include supply of Control-cum-Indication Panel/VDU diagram, Square sheet, wiring diagrams (Application Logic and Interface circuit), Fuse Analysis, Contact Analysis, Tag Block Analysis, Power supply Distribution / Power Equipment arrangement (with program switch) Diagram, Auto change over diagram (if supplied by the contractor), and all other relevant drawings.NOTE : The contractor shall initially supply 1 set of documents (Paper Prints) for approval of Railways. He shall ensure that each sheet has a block for signature of Railway official as well as a block for signature of firm, duly signed by the authorized signatory of the firm. The name of the work as given by Railways shall be written on every sheet under the work column. All the drawing shall be supplied in a good quality folder for each station. After approval of comments by Railways, the Contractor will make copies of the approved documents and return the approved documents to Railways. The contractor will then make necessary correction to Application Logic Software duly incorporating Railways' alterations/corrections/comments, if any. After complete testing/ commissioning of the station, tracings of completion documents as mentioned above will be submitted to Railways for approval. Along with the completion application logic, difference report (showing addition & deletion in different colors) as compared to earlier approved application logic should also be submitted. After approval of completion application logic by Railways, 5 sets of copies of duly approved completion tracings will be submitted to Railways.
Supply of Portable work station for Data input & configuration with necessary software/AutoCAD latest version programmes/Accessories, simulation and functional Testing, 3 diagnostics and trouble shooting and commissioning of EI system. Suitable Table & Chair or reputed make shall be supplied by the contractor. The specifications of the PC / Laptop should be got approved from the Engineer in charge before supply. Note : Portable work station should strictly adhere to specification as per annexure-I.
Supply of Main cable Termination rack complete with scaffolding, fixtures & 4 accessories including square bars for mounting 8-way terminal blocks, ladder, string rods, frame, base assembly, insulators, J bolt , nut/bolts & fasteners, backelite sheet, etc. Siemens type and as per extant practice of Central Railway. Typical part list as per Annexure-III and rack arrangement shall be as per sketch No.SK-727 with latest alterations.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Microprocessor based intelligent, addressable, Fire Alarm control Panel with LCD display complying to RDSO/SPN/217/2025 Ver 3.1 or latest modular, 1 loop (minimum 125 detector/devices per loop-expandable to 2 loops) with 320 Character with soft keys for displaying alarm, events and operating functions, Day/Night operation 94 function, Remote maintenance service feature etc. The panel should be multi-protocol i.e. able to support at least 2 different makes of addressable detectors. The panel should have minimum two relay outputs & 1 Monitored Sounder Output. It should have provision to be connected to repeater panels in future. The panel shall capable to operate on 230 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts, sealed lead acid maintenance free batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 30 minutes during emergency condition. The contractor shall initially supply 3 sets of circuits complete for approval of Railways. Railways will return one set to 16 the contractor duly approved with alteration/corrections if any. This includes submission of final cable route plan as per laid cable duly measured at every 30m clearly indicating distance of laid cable from fixed point of reference & indicating all track crossings and tail cables. Design and supply of Detailed signalling circuits including Panel diagram (if required), Route section plan, Selection table, Fuse & negative tag. analysis, Contact analysis, Relay rack arrangement and wire count sheets etc. in A3 size. Completion circuit shall be plotted in AutoCAD. The contractor shall initially supply 2 sets of circuits duly signed by the circuit designer having substantial experience on design side for making such circuits, complete for approval of Railways. 17 Railways will return one set of circuit to the contractor duly approved with alterations / corrections, if any. The contractor shall incorporate Railway's alterations/corrections in the original tracings & CD without any deviation and submit two copies of the modified circuits. Original tracings so modified & final CD complete in all respects along with 6 sets of final approved circuits (out of which one set shall be supplied in transparent bags. Only two sheets of circuits shall be placed in one bag each) shall be submitted to the Railways in case there are no further alteration suggesged by Railways. This also includes modification in yard. v)for major yards and stations having more than 200 routes.
Preparation of final ammonia prints of diagrams in A-3 size after tracings are approved by Railways, in four sets for final submission with one set of diagrams in transparent 18 polythene bag/lamintion. (only two sheets shall be placed on one polythene bag/laminated each). Every set shall be set in a plastic folder of A3 size and of good quality. The final approved tracings will be handed over to contractor by railway for this purpose and contractor will return back the same after taking out the prints for stations having less than 20 routes.(v)for major yards and stations having more than 200 routes.

Termination of Tail cable inside the point machine through bend pipe this includes preparatory work of pulling the cables, and peeling out the insulation, dressing and lacing after termination etc., pulling of tail cable as per circuit requirement inside point machine through bend pipe, termination of cables on terminal blocks as per instruction of site supervisor the cable shall be entered in such a way that, armouring shall protect the cable near sharp edge of entry point and armouring shall be clamped between pipe fixing bracket and boy of point machine.
