Design, fabricate , supply and erecting of Pre-Fab shelters and construction of Sewage dispoal system as mentioned below including Provision of RCC foundation, plinth beam, PCC & AAC block masonry, Super structure using LGSF sections, Gypsum, Fiber Cement board panels, Rock wool insulation, false ceiling, Galvalume sheet wall cladding, Galvalume sheet roofing, false ceiling, Flush doors, PVC doors, UPVC sliding windows, Vents, Stainless steel mosquito proofing, floor/skirting/Dado tiling, Plinth protection, surface finishes, Internal water supply and Internal electrification works, HDPE water storage tanks on Mild steel Staging, sewage line, LLDPE septic tanks, soakage pits of various capacities complete as per Schedule 'A' Notes, Schedule 'A' Part - I, DBRs and all as specified and directed. Details of Buildings/Structures:- (i)Pre-Fab Shelters for 40 ORs (2 Blocks of 20 Ors) comprising of - 2 x 136.17 Sqm each block (ii)Pre-Fab Shelters for 4 JCOs (2 Block of 2 JCOs) comprising of - 2 x 96.72 Sqm each block iii)Pre-Fab Shelters for 02 Officers (2 Blocks of 1 Officer each) comprising of - 2 x 80 Sqm each block (iv)Pre-Fab Shelters for Toilet Blocks (2 Blocks) comprising of - 2 x 49.02 Sqm each block (v) Sewage disposal complete all as specified in Annexure-II to Schedule 'A' Notes. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Cutting the existing 50 mm GI pipe and inserting the tee joint 50 mm x 50 mm x 40 mm for new 40 mm pipe line with connected accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

M&Lfor Fine Seived excavated dry Soil laid to the required width of trench at botom and top of cable as cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pole mounted Sheet Moulded Compound (SMC) Box weather proof type with hinged type door off white color of size not less than 185X100X290 mm(LXBXH) comprising of 1 No MCB 6A and 1 No neutral link ,bottom to top open front door complete fixed on pole with suitable two nos clamps, bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pole mounting bracket for single street light fitting fabricated with GI pipe medium grade 40mm dia 2 mtr long bend to shape and double clamped with fabricated MS clamp and fixed complete on side of steel tubular pole with bolts and nuts including painting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Fabricate, install, connect, test and commission of Outdoor LT Feeder Piller panel board, AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 / 500 V, 50 Hz, outdoor weather proof type, fabricated with 3.15 mm thick mild steel and suitable sized pressed steel frame work, top with sloping canopy, bottom with detachable plates,front and rear with hinged type door and locking arrangements, chamber for cable entry and exit, chamber for aluminium bus bars including aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity as per IS specification insulated with coloured PVC sleeves mounted on suitable insulators and separators, holes drilled for connections, chamber for metering equipment complete suitable for mounting following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated, complete mounted on PCC pillars including painting of panel board with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and Existing cable of any size / type to be connected with proper termination complete all as specified and comprising of the followings:-
