Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes

Sub Head-I Operation & Maintenance of STP, RO Plant a) Requirement of chemicals for operation of 10m3 / hr RO Water Treatment Plant which is given in Annexure-U (Considering 2 hour operation per day). b) Requirement of chemicals for operation of 152 KLD STP Plant which is given in Annexure-U (Considering 2 hour operation per day).

a) Running maintenance and operation of 10m3 / hr RO Water Treatment Plant including routine and preventive maintenance and testing of hardness, pH value and conductivity. Detail of installations is given in Annexure-V (Considering 2 hour operation per day). b) Running, Maintenance and Operation of 152 KLD STP Plant i/c routine and preventive maintenance. Detail of installations is given in Annexure-V (Considering 2 hour operation per day). c) Running maintenance and operation of Hydraulic Pumps and Submersible Pumps including routine and preventive maintenance. Detail of installations is given in Annexure-V . Operation shall be done by deploying i) 1 No. Operator cum electrician in each shift (Total 2 shift) ii) 1 No. Khallasi in general shift.

Lifting of sub pump set of 3HP/5HP capacity from open bore well a depth approx. 50 mtr. along with GI pipe, sub cable, cable holding clamp and transportation as required.

Assembling and lowering of submersible pump set 3HP/5HP capacity in the existing bore well alongwith G.I. pipe i/c cable jointing, binding of cable with G.I. pipe, connection & testing complete as required.

Repairing of sub pump set 100 mm dia of 3HP 415 volt AC supply i/c repairing / replacement of following worn out part and testing etc as required with less rebate of dismantle materials. A) Motor Side
