Acrylic wall putty(Water based) of approved make finished smooth and even surface to receive paint including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of materials taxes, labour, etc.

Painting with synthetic paint of approved quality and shade over surface with 2 coats over 1 coat of primer etc.
