Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka / GOI / UT

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. the departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of Kppp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

Conditional tender will not be considered

Tender application amount will not be refundable

The employer reserves the right to accept any tender and to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

The contractor has to compete the bid (quote the rates) for all schedule B items of the works mentioned

The Contractor shall pay the Earnest Money Deposit EMD & tender transaction fee in the Kppp portal using any of the following payment modes Credit Card, Direct Debit,OTC, National Electronic Fund transfer NEFT

The tenderer shall scan and upload all the original documents required for this bid to the Kppp portal. the original documents shall be produced at the time of physical verification otherwise the tenders will be treated as Nonresponsive & liable for rejection

One percent of the bill amount of the successful tenderer will be deducted towards cess as a labour welfare fund

The contractor has to make his own arrangement for procurement of all materials required for the work. there is no departmental supply of materials

All documents enclosed should be attested by Gazetted officer or Government Notary,otherwise the bids are liable for disqualifcation.Original documents should be produced for verifcation at any stage of the tender process, as and when sought for. Failure to produce original documents will lead to disqualifcation. work done certificates should have all the CR no, work order issuing date, work completion date and year

The tenderer shall have valid Class 1 & Above Electrical Registration Certifcate

Omission and typographical errors which are in the opinion of the executive Engineer will not be a ground for claims of extra payment

Royalty charges will be deducted from the contractors running bill as per the prevailing royalty charges at the time of payment.

The tenders are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document KW-2 and shall abide for the conditions contained in Standard tender Bid Document KW-2

Executive engineer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to cancel the tender process and reject all tenders at any time prior to award of contract, without there by incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer or tenderers of the grounds for the employers action

IT & GST will be deducted as per government order

Contractors have to upload the Certificates of works in hand of any Department/Institutions failing which the tender will not be considered. Action will be taken as per clause 31 of SECTION 2: INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS (ITT) in case of incomplete/ false documents regarding works in hand for the calculation of tender capacity

If mineral dispatch permits not submitted by contractors for usage of respective minerals for construction the royalty charges with penalty will be deducted from the contractors running bill as per the direction given by concern department or government at the time of payment

Restrictions on Public Procurement from Bidders of certain countries as per Government order No.FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru dated:25-08-2020

The contractor should obtain the Material Dispatch Permit for stone, aggregates, sand and murrum etc will be used in the construction work from the Mines and Geology department at the time of execution and same should be submitted along with the work bill, then for such work bills no Royalty will be deducted. If the contractor failed to submit the Material Dispatch Permit along with the work bill Five times Royalty will be deducted from the work bill as per KMMCR 2016 amendment rule 44(4) and the circular vide No.Ga.Bhu.E/DCB/DCB/takte/2019- 20/4497 Dated :12/12/2019 by Mines and Geology department

Tenderers shall provide the requested information accurately as per Bid document

All documents to be furnished are to be counter signed by the employer in charge, not below the rank of an executive in-charge or equivalent

Annual turnover certificate along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered Accountants should be uploaded with 18-Digits system generated unique number (UDIN Number)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement should be submitted in the prescribed format as per the state government circular No. GO-FD-CAM/16/2022(P-2)/,Banglore-dt 22-08-2022

In respect to this tender the item rates are inclusive of GST. The amount put to tender is inclusive of GST . Accordingly The Bidder shall quote Rates by adding GST for either materials or work contract (service). All other duties (Including recovered from the contractor bill) taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract or for any other cause shall be included in the Total tender price submitted by the tenderer

The rates are inclusive of 18%GST , Hence contractor should quote his rates including GST

Registration should be done by agency itself.

Electrification Charges item specified in the estimate 1) Security Deposit 2) Supervision Charges 3) Estimate Supervision Charges 4) Transformer Inspection Charges 5) Scale of Inspection Fees of Electrical Inspector Rate Schedules 6) D11- LT AC 3 Phase 4 Wire, 5-30 Amps DLMS Complaint Energy Meter, 1.0 Accuracy Class. etc, should be payable by the contractor to get the RR No. from CHESCOM. The amount will be reimbursed only with the produce of original paid receipts

If any variation in intimation charges should be beared by the contractor only

Electrical Inspectorate Charges paid to the concerned department should be paid by agency itself The amount will be reimbursed only with the produce of original paid receipts

The electrification work for drilled borewell is considered complete only after getting RR No. from CHESCOM (Electricity Supply Company). The contractor should complete the work satisfactorily & handed it over to the concerned beneficiary as per the directions of the engineer in-charge of the work. Final Bill will be approved for electrification work after the receival of RR No. from CHESCOM

Action will be taken as per AS PER KW-2CONDITION 3.7 for The contractor those who have not comlpeted work in time in this division
