Repair Work on the Khannaut River Bridge at Muda Harish to Goraraipur Road in Distt. Shahjahanpur (Fin Year 2025-26)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from side borrow pitsof road with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 2000.0 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Carted Earth)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Plain Cement Concrete M-15 nominal mix in foundations with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days (M-15)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:3:6 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and Sr. No. 11.4 & 800 &1200

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 and Sr. No. 11.5 & 600 & 1200.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in Substructure complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 (CC grade M-20)

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses; built up gates, door, frames, record racks roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc. & its fixing required for proper completion of the work. SOR 503

Apply priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes ,fine steel /wood scrappers sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour abd T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. PAINTING & DISTEMPERING (NEW ITEM) 1

Painting first coat over priming coat(but excluding cost of priming coat) on wood or steel and other metal surface with superior synthetic enamel standard make brushing to give an even shade and finish and includjng cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stripping including cost of all materials ,labour ,T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work. Providing and erecting "Thrie" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 2 m high with 1.15 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 545 mm long complete as per MORT&H Specification Clause 8.10
