Demolition of PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and removal of debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion complete over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of external walls of any description and applying one coat of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing damaged water proofing treatment of any description from roof top and parapet walls and other affected areas by cutting edges using chisel/ mechanical devices, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes to make the surface clean and fresh and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over RCC roof slabs, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding/ sunken floors and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coved fillets of 75mm radius at junction of roof slab and parapet wall, RCC chajjas, coping and similar works mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer over cleaned roof/ sunken surface @ 0.30 Kg/sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer followed by 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric weighing not less than 150 grams/sqm laid as per the manufacturer instructions with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on roof, sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces and finally finishing the APP membrane surface with bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.30 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. M&L for cutting out existing cracks in concrete surfaces / masonry wall/ RCC slab, forming a V-groove of 25mm x 40mm size, cleaning the groove thoroughly with air blower, priming the groove with mixture of IPH-CC Resin and IPH-CC Hardner in (1:1) proportion, filling the groove with mixture of IPH-CC Resin, IPH-CC Hardner and admixture in proportion (1:1:4) as per instructions using spray gun and finishing with brush and finally sealing the groove with mixture of IPH-CC Resin and IPH-CC Hardner in (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: IPH-CC Resin, IPH-CC Hardner and admixture manufactured by M/s Harjas Coatings and Polymers Ltd. or equivalent products manufactured by Pidilite Industries / FOSROC may also be used with the approval of GE.

M&L for applying polymer modified cement screed / plaster 20mm average thickness in CM(1:3) duly mixed with polymer modifier NITOBOND-AR of FOSROC @ 10 Litres/ 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions to old surfaces of roofs/parapet walls/masonry and similar structural members in repairs including necessary scaffolding and shoring upto height of 12 metres complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: Equivalent product manufactured by Pidilite Industries/Harjas Coatings and Polymers as per manufacturer's instructions in lieu of NITOBOND-AR by FOSROC may also be used with the approval of GE. NOTE: Necessary safety measures shall be taken by the contractor for labour working at high elevated places

M&L for applying two coats of high performance elastomeric cementatious water proofing coat to form minimum 1mm thick using BRUSHBOND-RFX components (mixture of powder 15 Kg, NITOBOND BBX 4.8 Litres and clean potable water 3 Litres) of FOSROC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: Equivalent product manufactured by Pidilite Industries/Sika India Ltd/BASF India Ltd/Structural water proofing Co. Pvt. Ltd. as per manufacturer's instructions in lieu of FOSROC may also be used with the approval of GE. NOTE: Necessary safety measures shall be taken by the contractor for labour working at high elevated places

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles in vertical surfaces using size of tiles 350x250x7mm thick/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour of tile with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of damaged, loosened cement concrete/cement mortar in walls, columns and similar structural members up to depth of 20 mm, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc remove dust , dirt and other foregin particals etc., and washing with water with pressure and applying bonding agent on old concrete surfaces all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions, Over prepared surfaces provide 20mm thick high build polymer modified cement sand mortar (1:2½) mixed with 5 litres (minimum) NITOBOND SBR per 50 kilograms of cement of M/s FOSROC Chemical (India ) Pvt Ltd or equivalent in Dr. Fixit or Harjas Coatings & Polymers including necessary scaffolding up to 15 m and including match the existing shade of suface complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, risers of steps, skirting, dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar mortarcomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in frame work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'B', fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scoffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009 including provision of G.I. hangers 6 mm dia wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 4mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) including carrying out repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing back in original position complete all as specified and as directed.
