Supply of a labour for miscellaneous civil works in T.E and staff quarters compound of BSNL such as uprooting vegitation ,leveling the earth, cleaning the roots khurras, gully trap minor urgent civil works whenever required all complete as per direction of engineer -in - charge (The item included all labour, T&P required)

Providing and fixing door sill of approved quality with screws all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Cleaning of drainage manholes and sewer lines by removing the deposited and other rubbish from the manholes and cleaning the sewer lines by rodding and flushing with water as directed by the Engineer -in- charge. (Rate per One manhole and sewer line to next manhole)

Hiring of Cartage of electric welding machine with welding by electric rods all complete as per direction of engineer- in - charge.

Cleaning the septic tank and associated sewer line by mechnical / manual and disposal of malwa out side the compound and upto municipal site al complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Credit to MS/GI items.

Credit to unserviciable brass /cp brass fittings .

Credit to unserviciable wooden door.

Credit to unserviceable door closer.

Credit to unservisiable material recovered from dismantling/demolishing (a) PTMT Bib cock/Stop cock/PTMT Pillar cock/PTMT/Connection pipe/PVC Flushing cystern /water tank

Credit of bricks received from dismantling of brick work.

Providing and fixing 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet on wooden door shutter with screw, nails etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Rubbing the old mosoic floor by rubbing machine including polishing all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Cartage of Hydrogen gas cylinder for cleaning of chocked water pipe line by pressure all complete as per direction of engineer in charge(Note: Labour shall be covered in the relevant agreement item.)

Renewing fly proof galvanised M.S wire gause of existing wooden/steel door/ windows /iron gali using M.S wire gause with average aperture 1.40 mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63 mm including wooden fillets, nails, screws or nuts and bolts dismantalimg of existing wire mesh and shutter if required (Credit of old unseviciable materials include)etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Repair of curtain rod by providing and fixing missing parts such as brackets, side lattoo, pvc sleevs screws etc all complete as per directin of engineer- in charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm PVC coated M.S curtain rod with brackets sleeves and side fixtures etc. all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.( Length of curtain rod shall be measured for payment) .

Cleaning the choked W.C seat /nahani trap etc by rodding /acid including associated pipes etc all complete as per directin of engineer in charge .

Repair of under ground pipe line by earth work in excavation /dismantling of floor whichever is required upto required depth and replacing the unservisiable /damaged pipe by new and finishing the same all complete as per direction of E-I.C .( Note:-New Material like GI/CPVC Pipe ,MTA, albow ,Tee etc shall be paid in relevant items)

Repair of existing external GI/CPVC pipe line due to leakage in pipe all complete as per direction of E-I-C ( Note:-New Material like GI/CPVC Pipe ,MTA, albow ,Tee etc shall be paid in relevant items)

Providing and fixing brass spendle to CP brass fitting all copmlete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 20 or 25 mm dia G.I tank nipple of approved qwality all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 15mm dia G.I tank nipple of approved qwality all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I circular tank cover for monkey protection 200 to 1000 liter capacity with G.I screws all complete as per direction of E-IN C.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal bore brass gate valve of approved quality all complete as per direction og Engineer In Charge.

Repair of PVC cistern for smooth functioning by replacing internal parts all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing CPVC Union of supreme or equivalent as per direction of E-IN-C (A) 20 mm outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing CPVC Union of supreme or equivalent as per direction of E-in -C (A) 25 mm outer dia pipes.

Providing and fixing PVC Nahani trap of approved make and quality as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of floor / wall tiles in bath rooms, WCs and wash area etc using detergent, acid etc., complete as per direction of E-IN- C.

Providing and fixing G.I Socket,tee, albow & reducer (15 mm to 20mm ) in existing G.I Pipe line all complete all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and Fixing M.S. handle of size 100 mm for M.S. window all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair of broken Projection /Chajjas by dismantling damaged portion, repair by cement plaster 1:4 (one cement :4 coarse sand )in one or more layerin the interval time all complete as per direction of E-I-C.(Item included labour,material etc, ,scaffolding if required will be paid in seprate item)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. (A)Two or more coats on old work after scrapping work.(Payment of scrapping works shall be paid in separate item).
