REPAIR OF 2X3HP PUMPSETS AT TE KENGERI & CABLE LAYING WORK

Rewinding of existing 3HP monoblock (centrifugal type) pumpset suitable for 03Phase, 415Volts, 50Hz AC supply i/c transportion to the workshop & removing the burnt copper windings and providing with new enamelled copper wire of same guage, providing spacers, varnish and heat drying the same in the oven, testing the same at workshop, transporting the pumpsets from workshop back to site, putting mechanical seal, spray painting to the pumpset complete etc., as required. (Make of the existing pumpset: Beacon (Best & Crompton Engg Ltd), 3HP, Model: DM6 HD 162, Size: 50x35mm)

Replacement of bearings (front and back of the shaft) and bush suitable for 3HP pumpset i/c removing of the existing worn out bearing wiht bearing puller providing new one, aligning, checking etc., as reqd. (Make: SKF or similar superior make)

Replacement of cast iron impeller suitable for 3HP pumpset i/c dismantling of faulty / teeth broken impeller by puller, adjusting key on the shaft by opening head of pumpset and providing water leak seal packings complete etc., as required.

Removing the old shaft, turning with lathe machine, and adjusting the shaft, fixing, greasing complete etc., as reqd.

Replacement of following plumbing accessories / valves in the existing suction / delivery line i/c necessary hardware items, checking for any leakage and arresting etc., as reqd. A) 50mm dia CI Foot Valve

Installation, testing and commissioning of the above 3HP pumpset, by fixing the pumpset in the existing foundation with new boltnuts, suction and delivery line connection, electrical wiring interconnections, testing and running to the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge etc., as required.

S/D the following size PVC insulated PVC sheathed unarmoured copper cable of 1.1KV grade in the existing PVC / metal conduit pipe etc., as required. A) 4 Core 4Sqmm

b) 1x4Sqmm wire for earthing

Supplying and laying of following size PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured aluminium UG cable of 1.1KV grade of size 4core 25Sqmm in the following manner (From LT panel to Pump Room Panel) (Load of Pumpsets, compound lighting, pump room and security room lighting) a) On the surface of wall / In panel

b) In the existing G.I pipe (Road crossing & on wall)

c) In the cable duct

Supplying and making cable end termination of following size PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured aluminium UG cable of 1.1KV grade i/c providing suitable size aluminium lugs, crimping etc., as required. A) 4core 25Sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size 'A' class G.I pipe by cutting the CC road with hydraulic machine, laying of G.I. pipe and making good the damages to the road etc., as required. A) 40mm 'A' Class G.I. Pipe for road crossing

Supplying and fixing 4feet 36watts LED batten type light fitting suitable for 1Ph, 230volts, 50Hz AC supply on the surface of wall i/c interconnection to the existing point wiring, dismantling of existing old and faulty light fitting and handing voer the same to JTO (Building incharge) etc., as required.
