Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto required level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Providing and fixing of wall panel 50mm thick (puff panel)and width 1 mtr or more insulated thick panel with .50 mm PPGI sheet both sides 40+2kg density . carriage of material upto site complete job .

Providing and Fixing of Aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions incl glazing with glass panes of 5mm thickness and 12 mm thick decorative pre-laminated particle/MDF boardboth side laminated w'th extruded build up tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285, fixed with rawiplugs and screws indl necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at tops, bottoms and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc including fixtures. all complete as per directions Of Engineer 1/C ,' Electro coated aluminum, complete as per approved drawings and sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
