Supply Installation of online UPS with rated capacity of 1 KVA suitable for continuous and critical power applications, operating on 230 V AC input with wide input voltage range of 110- 300 V AC at 50 Hz. The UPS shall provide regulated 230 V AC output with pure sine wave and zero transfer time, having output voltage regulation within ±1% and frequency stability of ±0.5%. The DC bus voltage shall be 36 V DC, designed to operate with an external battery bank comprising 3 x 12 V 004 lead acid batteries (SMF or tubular). Supply, installation of Online UPS 2 KVA, 72V DC (External Battery) shall be a double conversion online UPS with rated capacity of 2 KVA (approximately 1600 W), suitable for critical and continuous power applications. The UPS shall operate on 230 V AC single phase input with wide input voltage range of 110-300 V AC at 50 Hz ±10%, and shall deliver a regulated 230 V AC output with pure sine wave, output voltage regulation within ±1%, and output frequency stability of 50 Hz ±0.5% under all load conditions. Shifting of 380 kVA Diesel Generator Set along with all Accessories from DBRG Power House to TSK Power House shall include complete decommissioning, dismantling, loading, transportation, unloading, reinstallation, testing and recommissioning, carried out in a safe and professional manner. The scope of work shall cover safe shutdown of the DG set, electrical and mechanical isolation, disconnection of power and control cables, fuel lines, exhaust system, battery bank, AMF/control panels, acoustic enclosure, radiator, silencer, vibration isolators and all associated accessories. The DG set shall be dismantled as required, lifted using suitable cranes, forklifts or 017 hydra, and loaded onto appropriate transport vehicles with proper packing, lashing and safety arrangements to prevent damage during transit. Transportation from DBRG Power House to TSK Power House shall be included. On completion of unloading at site, the DG set shall be reinstalled on the existing/new foundation, properly aligned and leveled, with refixing of vibration pads, exhaust system, silencer, fuel piping, electrical power and control cabling, earthing connections and battery system. The scope shall also include reconnection and integration with existing AMF panel/load system. After installation, the DG set shall be recommissioned and tested, including B-Check service, comprising inspection, cleaning, tightening, replacement of consumables (oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter as applicable), topping up coolant, battery checking, and all standard checks as per OEM recommendations

Cable laying by Excavation of earth depth 0.75 Mtrs. into breadth 019 0.58 Mtrs. below the ground level and a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness shall be spread over the ground before laying the cable and the cable shall be covered with a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness. The bottom of cable trench shall be leveled and got rid of any sharp material. Above the Layer of Course Sand 3 inch Size Brick is to be provided for protection of cable. Cable route markers to be provided at an interval not less than 50 Mtrs. All conditions to be fulfilled as per DRG No : PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 Dtd 04.10.2024.

"Cutting down of existing 9.0 / 7.0 metre long octagonal steel poles to a reduced height of 5.0 metres, including careful dismantling of existing headers/brackets and light fittings prior to cutting. Cable laying by excavation of earth depth 0.75 Mtrs. into 032 breadth 0.508 Mtrs. below the ground level and a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness shall be spread over the ground before laying the cable and the cable shall be covered with a layer of course sand of 7.5 CM thickness. The bottom of cable trench shall be leveled and got rid of any sharp material. Above the Layer of Course Sand 3 inch Size Brick is to be provided for protection of cable. Cable route markers to be provided at an interval not less than 50 Mtrs. All conditions to be fulfilled as per DRG No : PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2 Dtd 04.10.2024. For Item no 29
