Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul/slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth,slush/mud all leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.

Demolishing brick work, manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - In cement mortar. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and working in foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required ) etc. Complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and working in foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.S frames.

Depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m. Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quary rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quary rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate is inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Casting, transporting, hoisting and fixing in position at the location of site as directed by the Engineer-in-charge RCC precast box section as per the drawing for the culvert including RCC pre cast base plate with controlled concrete of M-35 grade design mix including casting, curing , trucking out, hoisting and laying the pre-cast box segments. The precast box unit shall be placed in position over the RCC precast base slab in the excavated pit using necessary heavy duty cranes, truck and other machineries required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including providing of RCC precast base slab segments of 25cm thickness with controlled concrete M-35 grade design mix. The rate shall include the cost of cement (OPC 43 grade of approved make), coarse aggregates, fine aggregates (M-sand), admixtures, chemicals for joint grouting, providing steel hooks for lifting and moulding arrangements with necessary centering and shuttering for casting the concrete. (casting shall be done on uniform levelled bed with cement concrete flooring) hire charges for machineries (Heavy duty cranes, excavator (JCB), tipper, concrete mixer and other tools and plants etc., but excluding the cost of reinforcement as per the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Making required arrangements for closing traffic as stipulated by the authorities concerned. The rate shall also include hire charges for casting yard, making of casting bed, transportation charges from casting yard to working site, loading and unloading, hoisting and fixing in position of RCC precast units of 1mt length and joint grouting all etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated for reinforced concrete work in slab excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position.

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul/slush condition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipes (4kg / cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate ) and filling of pebbles etc.,

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of debris within a lead of 5 KM radius beyond initial lead of 50m and filling up the low lying areas as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabrication, supplying and erection of screw Gearing steel shutters on one side of size up to 1.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 12mm thick Mild steel plate on one side and horizontally stiffened with ISMC 100x50 mm steel channel at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 12mm Mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc., Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including, Unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works trail operations of shutter and including all taxes etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of shutter groove Angle made up of 65x65x6mm mild steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25x25x6mm mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of anti corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance petty civil works and including all other taxes etc., complete .all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 50mm dia screw rod made up of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the work site. Fixing the screen rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set. The screw rod should be painted with two coat of anti corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipment, conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30x0.15m 2 Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position. The top beam should be painted with two coats of anti corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipment, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and including all other taxes etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of head set Assembly light duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 50Kg) made up to cast iron including moulding machining and the hexagonal nut threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearing for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the Head set assembly the work site. Fixing the Head set assembly to the top beam by using required bolts and nuts in proper alignment. The head set Assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of anti corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer.
