Excavation for road way in soil using manual means using cut earth to embankment in the immediate vicinity in conforming SOR Sl No. 3.1(b) conforming to the Section 301 of MoRT & H’s specification for Road and Bridges (5th Revision, 2013).

Construction of Sub-grade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) including compensation of earth ,( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.), conforming to Section 305 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision, 2013) complete as directed. (a) From private land.

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table: 400-1): Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including all leads and lifts conforming to Section 401 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision, 2013) complete as directed. (ii) For Grading-I Material

Water Bound Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8 days 10 toones in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of cousre aggregate , watering and compacting to required density with all leads and lifts conforming to Section 404 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision,2013) and SOR Sl No. 4.9

(A) Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) conforming to Section 502 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision,2013) (ii) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1 ( IS-8887-2004 )

Tack coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) conforming to Section 503 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision,2013) complete as directed. (I) With Bitumen emulsion CSS-1h

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam: Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 % by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects including all leads & lifts (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) conforming to Section 505 of MoRT & H specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision, 2013). (c) With hydrated lime / cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982 ( Refer Appendix-4 of MoRT&H specification) (I)' With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II(19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete :Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and complete in all respect conforming to Section 507 of MoRT&H’s specification for Road and bridge works (5th Revision,2013) including all leads and lifts for carriage of materials from quarry to plant site and carriage of mixed materials from mixing plant to the work site, cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory complete as directed by the deptt.). C) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) & anti stripping agent as per IS:14982 (Refer Appendix-4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works, 5th revision,2013). II) With polymer Modified Bitumen 70 ii) For Grading-II(13 mm nominal size)

RCC guard post: Supplying,fitting and fixing RCC guard post size 15 cm dia, 150cm long,75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground, with 4-12mm Tor steel main steel and 6mm MS stirrups at 30cm c/c tied in position with annealed black wire, cement concrete proportin 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size including centering,moulding the top.curing,painted black and white alternately in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top having reflective band 2 nos. of desired shade etc. as per design and direction complete. (ii) 30 cm dia with 6-12mmTor bar

Dismantling of Structures : Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material,disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lift and lead of 1000 metres conforming to the Section No: 202 of MoRT & H’s specification for Road and Bridges (5th Revision, 2013 for 200 m length in km614 &400 m in km 633 of NH37

Construction of road side stone masonry covered drainof size as per draiwing and specification in km from 619 to 634 in stretches (1.5 m outer wide x 1.5 m clear AVe depth)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 and consisting of profile marking, Vebra line marking and rain line marking or as directed by the department . The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MoRT &H’s specification 803.

Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25mmx25mmx4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign.(All the steel work must be Tata/SAIL/or any other approved brand).
