Providing, fabrication, machining with straightening work of Guide Tee, Track, Sealing frame, Leaf frame or any part of gate's,complete as per drawing with testing, including cost of all materials, with machinery, labour, tools and tackles cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, etc., applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and two coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and lifts, including packing and forwarding,transportation charges for structural steel components and other materials. Material required for sheet for WW-90 head stock's gear box cover ( cover size 40cmx50cm,thickness=3mm MS sheet)for 1 gate=23.55kg/sq.mX area of cover plate =23.55*0.5*0.4=4.71kg, For Four cover boxes of Four CR/ HR gates =4*4.71=18.84kg

Oiling, Greasing work of gate parts like Headstock, Headstock parts, Roller Assembly, Operating Rod, Sealing Frame, Guide Tee with all labour tools and tackles etc. and materials for vertical lift sliding type fix wheel gates. for gates size above 1.0 m x 1.0 m, No of Gates =4Nos

Providing and fixing work of WW-90 head stock's gear set (worm and worm wheel nut ) complete work at site. No of sets required for HR gates =2 Nos

Provinding of Gate operating Handle wheel for WW-90/M-75 head stock complete work at site.

Welding and machinenig work of any part of gate as required on site (or as directed by site incharge )including transpotationcharges,T&P(welding machine ,generator set),labour charges(1welder,1foreman ,2Helper) etc.complete work at site

Providing and fixing work of thrust ball bearing of Required size for canal gates complete work at site, For one HR/CR gate= 2Nos, For 4HR/CR gates =4x2=8Nos
