Special Eligibility Criteria

   This is an item controlled by CLW and Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity on CLW approved sources only. The status of firm shall be reckoned as on date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless changed because of removal/suspension/banning. In case there are not more than three Indian Suppliers categorized as Approved Vendor for a particular item, developmental vendors can be considered for placement of bulk order without any quantity restrictions.
