Supply and making new LT 1100 V end termination with suitable size of aluminium lugs duly crimped for LT 3 ½ core armoured aluminium conductor cable after isolating supply to transformer/LT panel and disconnecting burnt/fault cable from the bunch of cables in trenches, galleries, removing cable loop, opening the cable blank and connecting back after end terminals, testing and commissioning for 3 ½ core XLPE cables all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 part-1 , connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode. Note : Contractor should deposited test results of earthings.

Supply and laying GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm in trenches/fixed to walls/ transformer/LT panel /2 pole/4 pole with saddles and fixing screws etc., from earth pit to test point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for new LT 1100 Volts heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit of 1100 volts grade 3 1/2 core PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of the following sizes.

LT cable 3 1/2 core 120-185 sqm

LT cable 3 1/2 core 240-500 Sqmm.

LT cable 3 1/2 core, 50 to 95 sqmm

LT cable 3 1/2 core, 16 to 35 sqmm

Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point .

Material & labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge

S & Laying in replacement sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 9 here in before but using old bricks obtained from sr Item No 05 here in before.

Supply and lay in replacement unreinforced precast concrete cable covers classLV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm compete all as specified and directed

Opening of the VCB , 11 KV 630/400 Amps of make kirloskar/Schnider/ABB/Crompton Graves by removing of the Breaker from the existing position after disconnecting all the connections from the system, servicing, Overhauling of the same, checking of the same for proper operation, spring charge, charged control cables are fastened tightly to the terminals, any abnormality, VCB, cleaning the surface of the insulators, fasten the bolts, checking and correcting interrupting units, mechanism, linkages etc, fasten the hardwares of control wiring, check that the split pins, Circlips, dowell pins etc. have not come out and are intact, lubricate the mechanism, moving parts by castrol, all purpose grease or equivalent, check that the vaccum pots/chambers is within limit including opening of the shutters properly, replacing of the trip catch, roller, holding catch, stopper, close push button, closing cum reassembling, controll limit switches reconnecting of the breaker for smooth functioning all as directed.

Decarbunizing/cleaning complete HT 11KV, 3 phase independent bus bar, bus bar chamber of HT panel electrification connection complete, HT VCB switch gear arrangement incoming and outgoing installed in sub-stations after removing the complete bus bar spout, circuit spout from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarburizing, re-fixing the same after applying backtol (Red) solution to the spout, checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts thimbles for incoming and outgoing system complete, replacement of damaeged space heater along with thermostats, door/position limit switches, controll fuses and servicing /greasing to manual charging/ spring charging mechanism line CTs. PTs and replacement of damaged PT Fusesall as specified and directed, rate quoted is inclusive of bactol red, CTC & cotton waste provided by contractor.

Supply only closing coil assembly 24/50/110v DC for VCB all as specified & directed.

Supply only fix tripping coil 24/50/110V DC for VCB all as specified & directed.

Supply only 11 Kv PT HV Back up fuse cat no 12Kv ABCNA 3.15A 38/10 as per OEM Recomendation /

Supply only space heaters of 1 KW, 220Volts along with adjustable thermostat and replacement of burnt wiring of the haeaters complete

Calibration of all the electromagneitic/ thermal/ microprocessor relays of 11 KV and setting the relay tripping timings in advance to the feeding sub station to ensure pock wise re-installation of various relays in position with complete testing and commissioning. Ensure proper functioning.

Note :- (a). Primary & secondary injection kit shall be arranged by the contractor (b) DC Supply for relay testing shall arranged by the contractor (c) The contractor shall prepare the relay adjustment and tripping timing chart in the follow up fashion and submit to Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of surfaces OF steel Pole by scraping with emry paper and making free from rust, dust and any foreign material and apply one coat of aluminum paint including letter writing on poles such as Pole No and source point of electric supply with black paint and flurcent paint in circumference of poles / mast towers of various heights complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old deterioted/damaged rubber mats from the sub stations, supply & lay synthetic insulating rubber matsof size: 2m x 1mx 19 mm all as specified & directed MAKE: Jyothi/Electromat

Decarbonising/cleaning complete LT Panel board/ pillar boes of 415/380/230 Volts 3 phase bus bar chamber with electrical connections, complete bus bar from the bus bar chamber, cleaning with CTC and ensure proper decarbonising, refixing the same after applying Backtol Red solution to the bus bar insulator & checking all the connections, tightening the nuts, bolts & thimbles of in-coming/out-going system complete incl replacementof defective rusted bolts & nuts all as specified and directed

Taking down the LT air circuit breakers of various capacities from 400 amps to 1250 amps for repairs, servicing comprising the following and refixing the same, re-orientation and labour for taking down the defective parts and refixing the same spare parts all as specified and directed (a) Checking/repair of mechanical system of ACB. (b) Checking/repair of the manual closing/tripping of breaker.

Taking down the burnt MCCB s from the LT panels/feeder pillar boxes, supply & fix ,test & commissioning of MCCB all as specified & directed.
