Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint at any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.60mm thick of any colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, Gate, fixed with self-tapping screws as per existing shed profile complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws as per existing shed profile complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550MPa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws as per existing shed profile complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surfaces of walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brickwork or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement by using Water proofing Compound @ 3% of wt of cement content cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 75 mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen 85/25 and sand in the proportion of (1:3) by weight cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of the wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre /10 sqm over new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and laying self leveling elasto-meric concrete in any depth and any width as required for repair to cracks, corner sprawling, potholes, damaged edges of construction/dummy/expansion joints of cement concrete pavement/ slabs of Runway/ Taxi-track as required and finishing by means of trowels and flats alongwith application of a coat of special primer for elastomeric concrete after preparation of surface by removal of all loose material by disc cutter or by chiseling and cleaning by using air blower including all consumable materials, tools, labour, etc. including removal of all the spoils/ loose materials outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of existing concrete surfaces and applying 5 mm thick epoxy polyurethane system including cleaning of surface from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign materials from the floor. All floors to be cleared by means of scrubber. Acid itching shall be done to the floor followed by alkaline wash & then the surface shall be cleaned by potable water wash. After that the floor shall be cleaned by using solvent/degrease cleaner to remove residues for floor cleaning all mechanized equipment shall be used like scrubber, sanders, hot blowers, vacuum cleaners, moisture test machine complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying primer of two component, solvent-free, epoxy-polyamido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 2:1. Mixing resin and hardener by weight shall not be allowed. The primer shall be applied @ coverage of 5 sqm per litre, yielding a DFT of 200 microns complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for epoxy based self leveling screed having a minimum thickness of 3800 microns. The self leveling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregates. The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in (2:1) ratio. The aggregates shall be added in the ratio of (1:3) or (1:3:5). The screed shall have compressive strength of minimum 70 N/sqmm. The layer shall be desecrated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying EPU based self levelling top coat. The top coat shall be of EPU type where urethane linkages are infused in to epoxy matrix, so as to enhance wear resistance, flexibility and impact resistance. EPU top coat shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of (2:1). No filler or aggregates are added in the top coat at the site, as the addition of fillers will reduce the flexibility. It should yield a thickness of 1000 microns. The volumetric mixing ratio will be (2:1). The compressive strength of the top coat shall be in the range of 60-70 MPa, Tensile strength will be 15-20 MPa, Elongation in the range of 45-50% and flexural strength in the range of 40-50 MPa. Top coat wear resistance (weight loss)/ Abrasion Resistance<37 mg complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the bottom pulleys of articles n.exc 5 kg each along with nuts, bolts, etc. of sliding shutter at both sides of hangar and Material & Labour for cast iron work grade FG 150 machined in pulleys and similar articles n. exc. 5 Kg each pulleys, nuts, bolts, bearing etc including assembling and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. (Note : bearings shall be measured and paid separately under subsequent item.

Supply only bearing in wheel/roller size 5205 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs for mild steel work as in stopper including provn of nuts bolts and including necessary welding to be fixed at top of door shutter at height approx 24' to 30' to resist the door from both side of channel conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 Quality A) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed at other end with shank 16 to 20 mm dia and length of bolt exc. 10 cm & n.exc. 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 30.00 here-in-before above but length of bolt exc. 5cm but n. exc. 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable chain fixed with wheel or handle for moving of steel door shutter of hangars and replacing the same with new chain 25 mm wide and weight not less than 0.9 Kg per RM complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 32.00 here-in-before but 40mm wide and weight not less than 1.50 Kg per Rm.

Supply & Fixing in repair ultrathin nylon netting of mesh size 25mmx25mm, adequate tensile strength fixed with reusable hooks to facilitate painting fixed to structural members of hangar ceiling to provide complete bird proofing inside hangar including PVC made to shape bird landing arrester 120 mm height complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n.exc 5cm in length thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6mm thick (Appx height 40 Ft) complete all as specified and directed.
