Receiving complaints from Concern Incharge of Internal section (Power House) lodged by the occupants of Internal electrification nature, taking down tube light / CFL fitting/Bracket fittings/Flameproof fitting / tube light fittings/ bulkhead fittings of any wattage from roof /wall and PVC Cables for light/fan/bell/light switch or socket complete repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires, battens, conduite, sunken boxes, juction boxes, main switches, MCBs/DBs utility light fitting, lamp holders and other connected fixtures of the internal electrification including providing of petty stores such as wires of appropriate size and conductor matching to existing one upto the length of 1 mtr including insulation tap, screws, nuts as required to rectifing the fault with record to the complaint lodged and refixing of fittings, fixture to their position as dismantled complete all as directed at site to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge/users. dismentling at site testing of unserviceable item and replacement the same and tightening the connections,replacement of unserviceable connecting wire and ensuring the the earth wire is properly connected to earth wire and metallic part of fitting, cleaning of fittings externally and internally after ensuring the serviceablity of fittings complete. Note - (i) Any spares required to be replaced to make light fittings serviceable shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of material and labour for replacement of new items shall be measured and paid separetely under relevent items of sch "A" against supply and fixing here-in-after.

Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/MS conduit point wiring from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Peris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down main switch/DB/ changeover/AC box of any capacity including fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling/roof/trusses with necessary fixing arrangements with stranded PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including 16 gauge stove enameled rigid steel conduit (metallic) not less than 19 mm dia with all conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including anodized MS sunken boxes made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 1.0 mm with earth dolly and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators with brass screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces complete all as specified and directed. For one light, fan, call bell point controlled by one switch.
