L&T make Air circuit breakers (ACB), omega 800A in frame1, 3 pole, EDO type WITH 50 KA(with LSING protection & display) with both side terminal adapter, (1) under voltage coil.

Retrofitting of ACB (800A,3 Pole) as above in place of existing panel by carring out following works:- 1) • Supply of necessary hardware, supports etc. 2) • Making /supply of M.S angle base frame/supports of size as suitable to the mounting of new ACB. Fixing of the same at the panel chamber with the help of nuts bolts /welding etc. as suitable for installation of new ACB /their cradles. 3) • Dismantling the existing circuit breaker from the chambers of the LT panel including its cradles and disconnecting the bus bar connections with the main bus bars, disconnecting the outgoing cables etc.. 4) Installation of new ACB cradle in the panel by the help of nuts bolts etc in proper alignment for connecting the bus bars. Fixing the ACB in the cradles in the proper condition including checking the movement. Making control wiring connection for the ACBs. 5) • Connecting the main bus bars to the incoming sides of the ACB by re-arrangement /modification/addition of bus bar lengths in Aluminum construction for retrofitting of ACB. 6) Connecting the bus bar at the outgoing side of the ACB by re-arrangement/ modification/addition of bus bar lengths in Aluminum for retrofitting of ACB. 7) • Testing of the ACB for ON –OFF operation first at NO load and then at ON load including operation, charging system etc.

Providing and Fixing of the new Shunt trip coil 220V AC making their connections by wiring by existing or supply and laying of new copper flexible wire as required, with thimbling, ferruleing complete in all respect

Providing and Fixing of the new Closing coil coil 220V AC making their connections by wiring by existing or supply and laying of new copper flexible wire as required, with thimbling, ferruleing complete in all respect

Providing and Fixing of the new under voltage coil 220V AC making their connections by wiring by existing or supply and laying of new copper flexible wire as required, with thimbling, ferruleing complete in all respect

Providing & fixing of panel door lock with key fixing of gas cut/bidding to make dooe vermin proof.

Replacement of spring charging motor 220V AC in ACB making their connections by wiring by existing or supply and laying of new copper flexible wire as required, with thimbling, ferruleing complete in all respect

Checking of the hard wares tightness on bus bar of complete panel ,horizontal& verticle, bend, link etc, insulation by insulating material wherever required in Bus bar, changing of rusted hardware’s, support insulator , cleaning, dust blowing of complete panel after taking out the all ACB from their chamber, disconnection of cable ,cleaning of ACB & lubrication on movable parts ,cleaning of ACB contact parts through CRC, re-installation of the ACB in their respective chamber & making all wire & cable connection

Testing of the complete panel on load as per relevant IS
