Supplying all materials, labour, and ladder/scaffolding T&P for art painting/concept/3Dpainting over wall/street/(rcc or plasered or CC or Bituminous Base black top Surface) as per derection of BMC excuding cost of plastic paint suh as fabric strainer, acrylic emulson etc with labour charge og artists and helpers etc all complete.
