Supply and fix LED flood light luminaires of capacity 500W 230V Ac Outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossings / paths/ drains / ducts / floors / along poles / equipments etc., of LT cable under ground, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core including connecting up using suitable size aluminium lugs testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n. exc. 1.50m deep for foundation, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, etc., n. exc. 10 sqm on plan getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning for underground cable protection including punning down sand in layers complete all as specified & directed Note: Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purposes

Supplying and laying common burnt clay sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm, laid perpendicular to axis of cable for protection of LT cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ERW Steel conduit black stove enamelled of size 20 mm dia complete with flame proof conduit accessories like tee, bend, elbow or bell mouth reducer and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring with two runs of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated , FRLS, 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor drawn in steel conduit with one run of 2.5 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn in ERW steel conduit all as specified. Note : (i) Conduit and conduit accessories shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Two run of 2.5 sqmm and one run of 2.5 sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit.

M&L surface type point wiring for explosive storage acommodation with PVC insulated 1.5 sq mm multistranded copper conductor cable ,FRLS,1100 volt grade drawn in and incl surface mounted ERW stove enamelled , black steel conduit not less than less 20 mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer except junction box all as per relevent IS fixed with solid baked distance saddles ,and elevated MS spacer plate fixed with nettle fold GI screws along with 1.0 sq mm PVC insulated solid strand copper conductor FRLS 1100 Volt grade as ECC connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing factory made, MCB distribution board (MCB DB), IP 38, SPN, 4 way, 240 Volts, single door, flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, Phosphatised, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 13032 with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and din rail etc. complete fixed in switch board/ wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fix, connecting and testing MCB single pole and neutral (MCB SPN), 32Amps, 240 volts of rupturing capacity 10kA, C curve type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L concealed sub main wiring with two single core cable of 4 sqmm PVC insulated , 1100 volt grade as per IS 694, with multistranded copper conductor in and including rigid PVC conduit (ISI Marked) including earthing wire of pvc insulated stranded 4 sq mm cable ,chess cutting including S/F of 20 mm dia PVC conduit with elbow,bends,couplers,tee, sunken boxes pressed steel box mounting fitting/junction boxes etc covered the conduit with cement mortar after drawing of electric cables and making good of disturbed surfaces and match with existing shade of wall/roof complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below GL connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia connected to earth plate electrode by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers earth wire protected with & including 15 mm dia medium grade ISI marked GI pipe not less than 7.5 metre long all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 MES Schedule Part 1, with & including ; PCC 1:3:6 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric not less than 4 Kg per Sq M, watering arrangements with 20 mm GI medium grade pipe ISI marked , GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to the Government. S &F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chase or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or in existing drain after taking out RCC/PCC cover block or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc.as required GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion. Note-:The strips are to be bent to shape, drilled with holes, connected with bolts, nuts, washers.

S&F semi grouting industrial socket & plug powder coated made of CRCA sheet complete box comprised with MCB, SP 32 Amps 12 KAMP returning cap. complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4.0 KVA complete all as specified.
