Annual operation and maintenance of workshop ETP and Fixed sprinklers of MKD-I OC Mine of Umrer Sub Area of Umrer Area (For 02 years).

Item Description/ Heading

Operation and maintenance of fixed sprinklers including operating pump/ motors and attached valves of pipe line and including replacing of pipe line etc. Complete as per instruction of Engineer incharge (I) To operate sprinklers near stock yard (weigh bridge) to Lal pulia in two shift only at MKD OC mine. (One labour engaged in each shift)

Running & maintenance of WETP including perishable spres, rewinding of motors pumps and other mechanicle/ electricle tools & plants including following: (a) Upkeeping and maintenance of landscape and garden including, cutting, weeding etc. (b) Chemical dosing including cost of materials and upkeeping of records (c) Collection of oils and grease in specified and numbered empty drums supplied by department and submission of the same to store/ workshop at unit. One manpower engaged in general shift etc. Complete as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing HT-42G (Pelican) water rain gun or approved make, as per instruction of Engineer Incharge (Impact Drive) 1.50 inch nozel size covering radius 25m to 35m

Plumbing works by engaging plumber/skilled manpower for Sprinkler replacement/oiling, greasing, including repairing/ replacing of GI pipe line, as and when required as per instruction of Engg. Incharge etc. complete.

Providing and supplying in standard lengths Polyethelene Pipes, confirming to IS 4984 / 14151 / 12786 / 13488 with nesessary jointing material like mechanical connector i. e. thread / insert joint / quick release coupler joint / compression fitting joint or flanged joint excluding coupler/specials, including transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading / unloading charges, conveyance to the departmental stores & stacking the same in closed shade duly protecting from sunrays & rains, excluding GST levied by GI & GOM in all respect etc. complete. 12.5 Kg/Sq. cm : 110 mm

Lowering, Laying and Jointing H. D. P. E./M.D. P. E. pipes in proper position including all specials by compression fitting/electrofusion and butt fusion jointing procedure as per relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electrofusion machine, Electric heater/butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 Part II For all classes.110 mm

Lowering, Laying and Jointing H. D. P. E./M.D. P. E. pipes in proper position including all specials by compression fitting/electrofusion and butt fusion jointing procedure as per relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electrofusion machine, Electric heater/butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 Part II For all classes.125 mm

Providing double flange sluice valve confirming for IS- 14846 including worn gear arrangements as per test pressure, stainless steel spindle, caps, including inspection charges, transportation upto departmental store, unloading, stacking excluding GST levied by GOI & GOM in all respect etc. complete Sluice valves - PN -1.0 (With by pass arrangement) 125 mm.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth. sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and for all lift

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work 50 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 50 mm nominal bore

White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Rewinding of electric motor above 1 HP upto 2 H.P. three phase up to 1400 RPM of all types and makes with copper wire, overhauling with minor repairs, lubricating of ball bearings & bush bearing, and replacing screws etc. testing for the original speed and no load consumption with guarantee for one year

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia stabiliser pipe/ P.V.C. soil vent/waste pipe and with necessary fixtures and fitting such as bends, tees, single junctions, slotted vent, clamps etc. complete

Making butt fusion joint for breaking HDPE pipe line of 110 mm & 125 mm dia. including necessary machine and tools required for joint etc. complete as per direction of Engg Incharge.
