1. S.I.T.C. of "Silent Type" DG set comprising of following :-

(i) 1 No. Alternator suitable for generating 256 KW / 320 KVA power at 0.8 pf, 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated & self ventilated with brushless excitation & conforming to IS 4722 & BS-2613 all complete as required as per approved make. (ii) 1 No. multi cylinder, 4 stroke, turbo charged water cooled diesel engine developing 380 BHP at 1500 rpm suitable for above alternator & complete with all accessories i.e. base frame, fly wheel, air cleaner, coupling, starting equipment, arm pads, radiator, speed governing mechanism to keep correct frequency at all operating conditions well within limits laid down in relevant to BS/IS for class A1 governing with amended upto date & anti-vibration pads etc. complete as required as per approved make. (iii) 1 no. AMF panel suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply in conjuction with 'Mains' & "Generating Set' for providing continuous power supply with a break not exceeding 15 sec. with microprocessor based control system. Supplying & Laying control cable (10 core x 2.5 sqmm copper conductor) connection and inter-connection etc. and having type Four Pole Contactor of 500 Amps for mains and alternator with HRC fuses and comprising of battery charger and relays, meters etc. as per approved make. (iv) 1 No. in-built fuel tank complete with connecting pipe, valves, fuel level indicator device, base plate etc. & having capacity as per OEM standard complete as required. (v) 12 V/24 V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 180 Amp. hour capacity lead acid type as per approved make or as per OEM standard) complete as required. (vi) Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per specifications.

(ii) 1 No. multi cylinder, 4 stroke, turbo charged water cooled diesel engine developing 80 BHP at 1500 rpm suitable for above alternator & complete with all accessories i.e. base frame, fly wheel, air cleaner, coupling, starting equipment, arm pads, radiator, speed governing mechanism to keep correct frequency at all operating conditions well within limits laid down in relevant to BS/IS for class A1 governing with amended upto date & anti-vibration pads etc. complete as required as per approved make. (iii) 1 no. 4. S.I.T.C. of calibrated HSD buffer/service tank, rectangular MS (IS:226) construction with 990 ltrs. capacity complete with flanged inlet & outlet, overflow, drain, vent, mechanical level indicator, 450 mm dia access hole on top with cover, flame arrestor. Tank will be made out of 3 mm MS sheet & will be provided with structural support to keep tank base at (2000 mm) above FFL with access ladder arrangement, painting etc. complete as required.

5. Supply of following size PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured Aluminium conductor cable, 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS : 1554/part (1) with upto date amendments as reqd.

(i) 3.5x95 sq. mm

(ii) 3.5x240 sq. mm

6. Supplying of Angle iron stand of size 1m x 1m x 2m with angle iron of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm suitable for mounting 990 litres HSD tank of Size ( 1m x 1m x 1m)

7. Dismantling of 250 KVA, 50 KVA & 25 KVA DG set along with AMF Panel, HSD Buffer/ Service Tank, Cable etc. complete with all accessories, fitting etc. at sub-stations at runway 29/11 and shifting the DG set with AMF panel, HSD Buffer/ Service Tank, Cable etc. to NATS complex complete with transporting & crane for loading and unloading etc. as required as per the direction of EIC.

8. Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of size exceeding 25 sq. mm but not exceeding 400 sq. mm in the existing masonary open duct as reqd.

9. Supply & making end termination with brass compression grands and aluminium lugs for PVC insulated & PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes as reqd.

(i) 3.5 x 95 sq. mm

(ii) 3.5 x 240 sq. mm.

10. Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

11. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

12. Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

13. Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

14. Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess (or sleeved in open space) for connections etc. as required.

15. Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required
