TENDER FOR S&I OF 100 KVA 3 PHASE DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER FOR EVCS AT DIST- RATLAM & UJJAIN

SUPPLY INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 100KVA DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER AT BPCL RETAIL OUTLETS MENTIONED IN TABLE

 The scope of job would include the following:

1. To liaison with Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board for electrical connection and ensure document submission and final grant of 3-Phase Electrical

connection from nearby supply cable of MPEB.

2. All structural work to be done in line with MPEB norms to install the transformer. 4. The cable needs to be laid from nearest pole to Transformer

inside RO premises and from transformer to meter.

3. All conductors to be laid with proper earthing, insulators, stray sets, clamps etc.

4. Panel designing and suggesting any modifications/corrections in the same.

5. To submit the drawings like single line diagram, layout drawings etc, as and when required.

6. To ensure that all statutory provisions are fulfilled, and all rules and regulations are adhered to in line with MPEB guidelines.

7. The work includes any transportation, dismantling, excavation, liaisoning with MPEB and other officials and any other jobs that may be required to

commission the electrical connection in totality with proper documents. Any changes as specified by MPEB during job for getting the connection

would have to be done free of cost. BPCL would not be liable to pay additionally for any of the jobs involved therein as above.

 SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

1. The contract shall be in force for one year, during which the terms and conditions and the rate shall remain constant and would remain unaffected

to any surge of prices in the external market or no. of visits required at the designated site for the same.

2. Payment of Supervision charges to MPEB for getting approved Estimate and demand note will be done by vendor, which will be included in the

3. Payment of Connection charges and supply Affording charges to MPEB will be done by the successful bidder and the same will be reimbursed from

BPCL on actual basis after submission of payment receipt. This amount will not be included in the tender quote.

4. Transformer Charging permission, safety certificate and all the other statutory approvals required for commissioning the transformer will be done

by the successful Bidder.

5. Contract will be terminated with one month notice in advance if services of contractors are found to be unsatisfactory or contractor is found to be

not maintaining statutory requirement as per governments various laws as applicable in respect of PF, ESI, service tax etc.

6. The contractor will have to abide by all statutory provisions under contract such as labor act 1970, payment of wages act, gratuity act minimum

wages act, PF-act ESI act and will be solely responsible for all claims and responsibilities arising out of any dispute therefrom.

7. In addition to standard agreement the party will have to sign an indemnity bond/ undertaking on Rs. 100/- stamp paper as per our draft format

available with corporation for perusal for intending tenders.

8. The bid will be evaluated on grand total basis inclusive of taxes.

9. The Corporation does not give any guarantee for minimum amount of the job to be awarded to you. As per the prevailing site conditions / other

conditions including local approvals, statutory requirements etc. job will be executed.

10. The construction activities will be executed under the supervision of company engineer/ Manager Construction and to the satisfaction of MPEB

department till the connection is energized. However, the Corporation will have the option to engage third party agency for supervision of the

12. Above job is to be executed within limited period of 30 days from the date of LOI.
