Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillar coping etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete( reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing manhole for connecting new drain of dia 100mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel(1/2 round or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finishing and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Salt glazed stone ware (SGSW) grade 'A' pipes 150mm bore laid and jointed on concrete bed complete including testing etc all as specified and shown on drg including concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against sides of pipe after the are laid and tested complete incl testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rouinded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

TMT Mild steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of underground SGSW/RCC/PVC pipe 250 mm bore (Cleaning length n.exc 30m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and reomving waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 300m and burrying the same in pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blocked WC seat any type/pattern (pedestal/squatt pattern) upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 300m and burring the same in pits complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge NOTE : (for items 19 to 22) (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.(b) Any damge caused during cleaning shall be made good to entire satisfaction to Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost.(c) The quoted rate include for keeping the pipe line/manhole, WC/bath/uninal/kitchen etc undertaken for cleaning fucntional for full contract period.

All as per item 22 above but cleaning of blocked floor/ trap of urinal , bath room & kitchen etc upto 1st manhole including cleaning of gully/traps. NOTE : (for items 19 to 22) (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste/sludge etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damAge caused during cleaning shall be made good to entire satisfaction to Engr-in-Charge by the contractor without any extra cost. (c) The quoted rate include for keeping the pipe line/manhole, WC/bath/uninal/kitchen etc undertaken for cleaning fucntional for full contract period.

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150mm/200mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer lines and manholes removing the solids and sludge to any distance outside the defence land and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position. The rate quoted includes for keeping particular sewage line which is undertaken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period) complete all as specifed and directed.

Removing the manhole cover (CI or RCC) , any type of manhole rectangular/circular and de-sluding/de-watering of septic tanks and soakage wells of any size and depth by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine by plugging inlets as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge including carrying the effluent/sludge to outside of the defence land in closed containers and re-instating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rates includes for keeping the particular septic tank and soakage well undertaken once for de sludging/de-watering functional for full contract period). Note (for items 15 to 19):- (I) Contractor will deploy two SDA Mazdoor daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above. SDA Majdoor will report daily at AGE B/R Basoli under GE Basoli at 0900 HRS AND DEPART 1700 hrs after attending all complaints.In case of non complaint in same day recovery @Rs 250 per complaint will be recovered from contractor and in case of non deployment of SDA mazdoor recovery @ Rs 400 per day per SDA mazdoor shall be made from the contractor Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair for Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, orissa pattern size 580mm x 440mm white , with integral foot rests, including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe,etc. complete including making good to floor complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid after water proofing compound @0.40 % of cement weight etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Liquid water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab including necessary formwork as required complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregated as in foundation & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device complete all as specified.

Supply and fix,110mm bore, PVC (SWR) 'P' trap including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls of bore 110mm including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls of bore 75mm including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting side for repairing , cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc and hoisting after cleaning with bleaching powder and removing all as specified and directed etc from tanks of circulating pipe etc of capacity 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltr and endorsed the word "CLEANED ON WITH DATE" with white paint including replacement of broken/unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, tee, socket, nipple of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.
