Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site ofm work Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in any surfaces (natural, concrete, masonary etc.) and of any description, any section, taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surface , complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of chain link fencing of any description Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc0.5cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m and making good surface, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete of post holes, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; Framing over fencing post with welded to each post, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixed mild steel, rolled sections(channel, angle or tee sections) fixed independently cut to ordinary length as in fencing post or struts in fencing etc. including cutting tops to shape as required , drilling holes, notching for wire etc. including flat iron fillets with nuts & bolts for securing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing G.I. chain link fencing of dia of wire 3.15 mm thick, G.I. coating , size of mesh 50mmx50mm to 80mmx80mm Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Per Sqm weight shall be verified by the BOO detailed by AGE (I).

Supply and fixed for galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured), Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for steel screw bolts, machine made, dia of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10cm long, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 6mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.9mm dia, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified out door tiles 40 cm x 40 cm x 10-12 mm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 . Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 300x300x20-25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles rubberised moulded with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including laid over a screed bed of 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old paver block/ chequered tiles foors any pattern by brooming down or steel wire brushing for removing caked mud, trading oil and greasy spots, cleaning with water etc. and applying two coats glossy Indigo floor coat emulsion paint premium series Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/ loose soil Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n exc 1.5 M deep and getting out in hard rock by using of mechincal plant or chisel cutting for shafts, wells, man holes and for sewage lines and foundation etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Old stone shall be taken on charge as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in of excavated any type soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus spoil/excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up old sewage pipe any type and size 150mm internal dia set in cement mortar and removal of soil upto 500m Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Provinding lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and joining at all level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (Duble wall corrugated) 150 mm dia pipes with reqd jointing accessories of SN8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site fortesting) and Comissioning as per Technical Specifications, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new sewage line / diverting some line to new manhole for smooth flow ; 225mm bore (internal dia of pipe ) incl making good to disturbed benching and haunching, plaster etc and forming new branch channel ( ½ round of ¾ section) if required in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and smooth finished , reforming benching as required and as directed. (Each Man hole shall be measured under this item )

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)as in cover slabs (for manholes, drains etc.) of any size and thickness as required Set in cement mortar 1:4 Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Reinforcement will be measured and paid saperately

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up of AC rain water pipe /UPVC pipe line 100mm/75mm dia incl all fittings, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixed for 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘A’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be conforming to IS 5382-1985)

Supply & Fixed for 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘A’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint fixed to wall, Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be conforming to IS 5382-1985)
