Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6, using 40 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and down graded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, levelling, compaction, vibrating, scaffolding, finishing smooth the exposed surfaces of concrete,curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications.

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) , mixing in a mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness on prepared surface and compacting etc complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:6 using hard granite stones including hammer dressing the stones, providing bond stones as per specifications ,raking out the joints, scaffolding,curing etc.,complete as per specifications.

In foundation and basement

Providing and laying M20/M25 Design mix concrete with cement content up to 350kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification.

Providing ,placing in position and removing Form work for all insitu concrete works including scaffolding etc., complete at all elevations as per drawing and specification (measurement for form work shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces)

Providing cutting ,bending placing and tying mild steel, high yield steel reinforcement in RCC works including providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2, binding wires etc.complete at all elevations as per drawings and specifications including dewatering wherever necessary etc complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and constructing clay brick masonry in CM 1:6, using burnt clay bricks as per IS:1077, with minimum compressive strength of 5 N/mm2 from the approved manufacturer by NPCIL, including scaffolding, curing and racking out joints etc complete as per specifications and drawings.

Plastering of external faces of brick work/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick using River sand including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves, plaster bands, border, keystone etc wherever required all as per drawings and specifications

Providing, fabricating and erection of Structural steel members made out of M.S. angles, flats, plates, pipes, channels, tubes, rods etc conforming to relevant IS etc., including cost of welding, welding rods, drilling holes, bolts/nuts wherever required and providing and applying two or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate yellow primer etc., as per drawings and specifications

Providing and applying Exterior Emulsion Paint of Apex of Asian paints/Weather cote of Lewis Berger /Weather shield of ICI Dulux/Sumo Xtra of NIPPON make & shade in two or more coats to give an even shade over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions to the external plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces, scaffolding etc. at all elevations, complete as per drawings and specifications

Providing and laying 20mm thick (+-2mm) polished Natural granite slab of approved colour for name board including writing by engraving, painting etc. as per required etc., with all exposed surfaces buffed, set over a base of cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick neatly pointed with white cement/black oxide and colouring pigments to match the shade of the stone as per the requirement, curing, rubbing, polishing, etc complete as per specifications and as per drawings and specifications
