Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M in wide and not exc. 1.5 M in depth for taking out or laying of under ground cable in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing road / PCC / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable including necessary earthwork excavation and making good to match with the exisitng surface complete all as specified and with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i)GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Any damages made/caused to the HT/LT cables,water supply pipelines,OFC cables etc during the excavation works shall be made good by the contr as per original and GE Cost of the same is deemed to be included to be included in the unit quoted rate.

M&L for 50mm dia bore galvanised iron light grade for cable protection and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down existing defective cable of sizes 2/3/3.5/4 core 10 to 50 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station including relaying in same or different position/location complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying,jointing, testing and commissioning of serviceable cable obtained from taking out in same or new location or position i.e. in trenches/on walls/floord/roof/ceiling etc of size 2/3/3.5/4 core 50 to 70 sqmm including necessary cable lugs, gland etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying testing and commissioning in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts XLPE insulated PVC sheathed IS-7098 (Part-I), screened , PVC bedded and PVC tape sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core including cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for servicing of LT panels/Feeder piller box of any size by complete cleaning of panel and bus bar at chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing of haevy duty hinges/Locking Handles/latches and necessary nut, bolts, washers/Leads/busbar and made it completely functional for open/close and incl checking of incoming and out going cable connections, Re-fixing of existing Cables, ACBs & MCCBs, and repair to connected PCC foundation and frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring of LT panel/Feeder with suitable size of FRLS cable but not less than 1.5 sqmm, replaceing of various unserviciable ON/OFF switches, lugs/Gland/Base plate/indicating Lamp/CT Coil etc making the panel fully functional including numbering the LT panel/feeder box and marking on panels (incoming and locations of outgoing MCCBs), to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of LT panel board of sqmtr not less than 20 sqmtr by spraying two coats of epoxy based weather proof paint of ivory/Red colour over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning of rusty panel surface of both inside/ outside by emery paper and necesary preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The details of LT Panel board have been given against Particular Specification Clause No 60.9 to 60.9.7 of this tender.

Supply , fixing and commissioning Design verified as per IS /IEC-61439-1&2 LT Panel outdoor/ LT Pillar Box by CPRI approved manufactures of comprising of the following all as directed by removing the old existing panel complete with out damaging the existing floor / cable ducts at secondary sub station complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The details of LT Panel board have been given against Particular Specification Clause No 60.10 to 60.10.7 of this tender.

S&F of street light terminal boxes made out with SMC material, shock & dust proof of inside size 300x200x105mm as per IS and including 20 Amp, TPN busbar fixed on insulators, 01 No 10Amp, SP MCB, earth termination with nuts & bolts and including 02 sets of flat iron 25x6mm clamps of suitable size with nuts, bolts and washers including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggr) in foundations complete all as speicified and as directed.

M& L for preparation of old painted surfaces of street light steel tubular poles above GL/Copping including cross section channels,flat iron clamps by srapping with wire brush applying one coats of aluminium paint including pole numbering using three layer of radium strip of min 4-5 inch wide(Yellow,Green,Blue) on each pole using printer letter complete all as specified and as directed. Note-:(i) Ladders scaffolding,safety belts etc required for execation of works shall be arranged by contractor & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted rates. (ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety aspects of the people enagaged by him & any issues(if any) arising during the work shall be dealt by the contractor& the Dept shall be no way responsibile whatever.

S&F in repair 1.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated flexible copper conductor wire from street light to terminal box drawn through MS pipe/PVC conduit or as indicated in other locations complete all as specified and as directed.
