Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The Tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer(District Level Officer)and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid.

All the documents to be uploaded shall be neatly scanned and the documents scanned shall be in original.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

All materials required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer himself and should be got tested by the quality control authorities at his own cost before use on work.

Acceptence / Cancellation of the works are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same.

If any date in the tender time table is government holiday, next working date will be considered

Incomplete / conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) from Practicing Chartered Account Must Preferred

Work shall be executed as per KTPP Act & KW-1&2 Conditions.

The Rates Quoted In The Estimates Are Exclusive of GST Taxes.

The GST will be Paid Separately to the Contractors as per the Guidelines of the Government Time to Time.

Successful bidder submitting bids below the amount put to tender will be regularized to submit the difference amount in the form of FDR/TDR/DD/Pledge on the name of EE PRED Bagalkote within 20 days from the date of receiving the letter of acceptance. additional security paid for unbalanced tenders Failing which EMD will be forfeited and further action will be taken as per G O No FD PCL 2008 Bangalore Dated 14/10/2008.

As per Government order No. FD 56 PWD cell 2004, Bngalore, 18th Janury 2005, The contractor shall be made responsible for submiting e-bills duly suported the hard copy of detailed measurements of work. using electrinic spreadsheets and making computation thereof. The conctractor shall submit diskette/ CD room in addition the hard copy.

The tenderers must submit the scanned documents in pdf / jpeg form, not in other form and which are should not be corrupted files. If it shows errors while opening the documents the employer is not responsible. Hence the such files will be considerd as un submitted.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 2022-23 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Amount Put Tender (Turn over With compulsory UDIN Number) (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only)

The Tenderer shall obtain similar the workdone certificate Construction of Similer nature Works within the financial years of 2021-22 to 2025-26 (50% of the Amount Put to Tender) i.e in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer(District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid.

This work is Randomized as OTHERS Category. Hence any Category of Contractor can bid.

Tenderers must have valid PRED/PWD registration CLASS-3 AND ABOVE and must submit PRED/PWD registration copy.

Single Tender Will Not Be Accepted

Period for completion of work is 3 Months

The Project Completion period is 3 Months and the defect liability period of the work is (2) TWO year after successful completion of the work. (including Monsoon).

All materials including complete with all lead and lift and as per the direction of Engineer in charge of work

All materials shall be of good quality as per specification, quality certificate for the same should be obtained from the concerned authority at their own cost.

The work subjected to third party inspection and inspection by other govt agencies third party inspection cost is borne by the contractor at the rate of 0.5% of the gross amount of the bill third party agency is appointed by the dept

After Completion of Work Third Party/SQM/DQM Inspection Reports Submitt with the Bills

The work shall be inspected by the Third Party and the bill shall be admitted only after the satisfactory quality reports from the Third Party.

It is to be noted that any false documentation found to be uploaded, action may attract punitive measures such as Blacklisting, Cancellation of Registration etc.
