COMPREHENSIVE MAINT, REPAIR TO PLY WOOD, ROOF SHEET, SANITARY, PLUMBING ETC AT NYARI UNDER THE AOR OF GE 874 EWS

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 1 but except brick.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces and clearcolle for priming to distempering and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surfaces and clearcolle for priming to distempering and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered or un plastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces over alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brooming down old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered or un plastered including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint If required putty will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ complete all as specified and directed.
