Providing and fixing vitrified floor tiles in different size with water absorption less than 0.08% of approved make in all colour and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand ) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Replacement of broken/hanging gypsum board (size 0.60 x 0.60mtr)of false ceiling in Jagatpati Joshi Memorial Hall in circle office building including replace the old/broken screw with silicon to avoid the seepage in false ceiling etc complete with labour and material.

Installation of 1.50 ton 3 star split AC including Stabilizer with electric fitting and all accessories etc complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing 20 guage M.S. sheet in opening of ventilation including cutting, welding and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two and more coat of synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats

Painting work of wooden doors with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick particle board in opening of windows including applying two and more coat of wooden paint complete in all respect.
