Note for Bidders/Bid finalization policy & procedure: 1. Number of tests per month is purely indicative. 2. These numbers of tests are for the purpose of evaluation & comparison of financial bids. 3. There is no assurance implied that such no. of samples will be provided/achieved /performed. 4. The institute will not be liable for any change in test menu & no claim will be entertained. 5. Cost per Reportable Test (CPRT) is including calibration & control cost, if any applicable. 6. Workload per month may increase or decrease depending upon requirement. 7. Number of tests has been taken from average of last six months & arbitratry numbers. 8. Cost of preventive maintenance kit etc is not payable extra, if applicble. 9. To quote all tendered /tabulated parameters/ items is mandatory. 10. All bidders must quote the cost of each paramenter in prescribed format only. 11. The Institute will pay the cost of consumable. 12. Bidder will quote discounted rates of each pack size without GST. Tax payable extra.
