REPAIRS TO SUNKEN FLOORS AND SEEPAGEIN MD ACCN

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) floor/ sunken floor of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc Complete and removing the rubbish off the premises to a distance n.exc.50m Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair concrete surfaces of roofs in CM (1:3) finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with 3% Integeral Water proofing compound by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: Integral Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, cement concrete, including flashings and jounction of parapets etc and surface painting with a layer of blown grade bitumen of 85/25 penetration grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and lightly tampered to the surface of sunken etc and S&F APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric land on primed surfaced by forced application complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken slab filling.

Supply only integral water proofing compound .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) finished fair & even as in Sub base flooring complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, of size 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450x350x7mm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.
