Dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M &L pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and irected.

S&F rolled mild steel, Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality - A,Plates(plain or chequered) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) with riveted, bolted or welded attachment, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface under 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmx25cmx20mm in floor, with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 1.5sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including suitable size of non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 1.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. (Note : For payment purposes, 2 runs of main cable (each of 1RM) 1 run of earth continuity cable (1RM) and one run of conduit (1RM) all together shall be considered as "1RM".

S & F in repair LED tube fittings1x20W, 220V, aluminium housing type with necessary fittings and fixtures including LED tube light and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose, complete all as directed.

S & F ceiling rose surface bakelite, 65x50mm three terminal complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, single pole & neutral DBs 2Ways, double door, without bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCBs, SP 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, 'C' curve IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 marked fixing in DBs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for house service GI bracket(Hook type) made out of 40 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe of length 3m and one No 90 degree bend fixing with clamps, nuts and bolts, MS hooks,stay etc, including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat cable of size 4 Sqmm 2 core, PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including replacing 4mm suspension wire including taking down old cable of any descrip[tion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia or 8 SWG bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and earth plate electrode at one end and connected to main switch board/ DBs etc. at the other, earth strip encased(protected) in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings from top of electrode to main switch board/ DBs etc fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and including taking down of old ones, complete all as specified and directed.
