CIVIL WORK

Chipping of concrete/plastering and roughening the surface and clearing away as directed by the departmental officers.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand)12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Thorough scrapping of old plastered surface as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

COLOUR WASHING two coats over one coat of white washing using best shell lime including cost of gum, Kanjee , brushes colouring pigment approved by the officer and finishing complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost of distemper, primer, cleaning, scrubbing the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges etc., complete, complying standard specification and as directed. ( The quality and colour of oil bound distemper should got approved by the Executive Engineer before use.)

Painting the old walls with two coats of ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats of Cement paint over one coat of primer of approved quality including preparing the existing surface, cost of all materials, labour charges scaffolding finishing neatly etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting old iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Renewing the broken Air inlet window and Ventilator glass panes of 4mm thick of approved quality including fixing in position with TW beading all round the glass panes with nails etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with double shutters using M.S.angle of size 40x40x6mm for outer frames and 35x35x5mm for shutter frames, with bottom 1/3rd M.S Sheets of 18 gauge with M.S flate of size 32.x6for internal stiffners and top 2/3rd grilled including one number of aldrop, two numbers of tower bolts, hold fast , hinges, handle etc., including two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer. The rate shall inclusive of cost of all materials.
