Provision of Manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 80 KLD MBBR technology & DG Set 200kVA by employing the manpower as mentioned below for entire system including sundays and holidays comprising day to day operation round the clock in three shifts per day, 08(eight) hours each shift continious operation including minor consumables as specified, cleaning the installation, pump sets, LT panels and connected misc E/M accessories etc, securing the installation/equipment against the damage, theft etc and keeping all the parts of plant in proper condition and complete surrounding area neat and clean, ensuring optimum production, operation of plant properly with out break down etc and proper periodical maintenance of plant. Man power employed shall have profeciency in maintenance and operation of STP plant including maintenance of necessary reocrds and documents complete all as specififed and directed. (b) Man Power to be employed (By out sourcing) :- (i) FGM ( Plant Operator) - 03 Nos. 01 No in each shift (ii) Helper (SK Mate) - 02 Nos. 01 No in I st & II nd shift (c) Note: (i) All log sheets to be maintained during each shift and details of consumables used to be maintained on each plant running record book. (ii) Diesel required for DG set will be issued by the department free of cost. Records for running hours and fuel consumed to be maintained daily on log sheet and plant running record for DG set. (iii) Being defects liability period, cost of all repairs/replacement of parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the unit rate for this schedule. (iv) Cleaning and maintenance of tube settlers and assembly complete. (v) Electricity and water for operation of the plant shall be issued by the department free of cost. (vi) Sludge from drying beds shall be removed in closed container to out side MD Land. (vii) The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost (viii) Incase of non operation the plant on account of contractor's defult/ non employment of operators, suitable market recovery per shift shall be recoverd from contractor's dues.

(viii) Incase of non operation the plant on account of contractor's defult/ non employment of operators, suitable market recovery per shift shall be recoverd from contractor's dues. (ix) Any tradesmen/ employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment more than 11 month. (x) Misc spares required such as cotton,cleaning agents & misc items deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (xi) Trouble free operation of STP plant. (xii) Monitoring the performance of plant & uploading of records & submission. (xiii) Maintenance of HT/LT Substation/ switch gears/ LT & HT (xiv) Close watch on test results of both initial/ final out put results. (xv) Careful control on the plant and maintaining clean and Hygienic condition. (xvi) Area cleaning and Maintenance of plant premises. (xvii) Maintenance of all records and documents as specified and directed by Engr-incharge.

Note for outsourcing man power:(a) Submission of proof of crediting the wages into the bank account / payment made to the employees by the Contractor shall be a pre-requisite to release subsequent payments to contractors. The contractor shall also provide the details of individual’s EPF and ESI account No to claim the RAR / FB payment from time to time. Register for wages, complaints and identity of workers will be maintained by the contractor and will be submitted to the department on monthly basis. (b) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of complaint slips and registers, cost of T&P for maint work of all plants and minor consumables such as gland packing, grease, nut, bolts, PVC insulation tape, screws, fuse wire, clips etc for day to day maintenance including maintaining the records/registers such as Log Sheets, break down register, Plant Running Record Book, area cleaning and maintenance of sub-stations including earth pits near sub-stations and prunning of tree branches near the eletric over head lines etc for day to day maintenance. (g) Technician/employees employed by the contractor will not work contineously for 07 days. The employees worked for six days contineously should be given one day off with payment as per the contract labour act as referred in condition 58 of IAFW-2249. (h) The contractor is responsible for submitting the documents of qualification / experience certificate & police verification certificate of employees before commencement of work. (i) The rate considered is deemed to include for 1st hour maintenance including cleaning and replacement of minor spare parts of unserviceable bolts, nuts and twin washers as and when required.

(c) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system in the complaint cell so that the complaint can be lodged and feed back can be obtained. (d) Stores viz fitting/fixtures, cable etc shall be issued by the department for replacing unserviceable fittings/fixtures, cables etc where required at no extra cost to the Government. The stores to the extent available in the stores shall be issued. (e) Chemicals required for day to day operation of plant shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. The contractor is responsible for maintenance of COD and BOD levels as per the authorised norms and periodicity. (f) The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The unit rate is deemed to include for the uniform. The uniform shall be in blue colour pant and shirt.The pattern of the uniform shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(j) The rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards maintenance of hygienic condition and around the installation. The contractor is fully responsible towards the health of staff employed. (k))In case of requirement, tradesmen provided per one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (l)Attendance register shall be maintained. (m)In case of absence operator, double the rate quoted to be recovered. (n)Departmental equipments of each building /installations shall be under safe custody. In case of theft any item recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (o)During operation of installations/equipments/tree trimming respective electrical power lines/Electrical panels/DG Sets/STP equipments should be isolated properly,necessary safety measurments(like helmet,belt, insulation glouves etc..),necessary safety precautions / safety devices to be adopted and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for same & in case any eventuality to tradesmen/Operators the contractor is fully responsible. (p)The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability with department and same deemed to be included in quoted rates. (q) Shift operator shall be relived after next shift operator arriving the installations necessary arrangments to be monitored by contactor/contactor's Rep(other than genaral shifts). (r)Shift timings & operation of intstallations shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply Only Water treatment chemical Bio Clean Septic Powder available complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Water treatment chemical sodium hypo Chloride consisting 14% chlorine content diluted ClNao, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water treatment chemical enzyme-2 (DAP consisting 18:46:0, 18% Nitrogen and water soluble phosphates 46% by minimum weight, packed in 50 Kg Polythene bag complete all as specified and directed. Makes for item Nos 2 to 4 : Akron India Pvt Ltd/Andhra Sugar Pvt Ltd/Aquafit India Pvt Ltd/IIFCO India Ltd/Rayalaseema or equivalent make as approved.

Supply only Activated Carbon Filter media (ACF), Grade IV-900, size of layer 4'(Feet)X2.6'(Feet) as complete all as specified and directed. Makes for item No. 5 :Granular/Norit Note: ACF Media combination quality & quantity shall be as directed & recommended by OEM only.

Supply only Activated sand Filter media (ASF), size of layer 4'(Feet)X2.6'(Feet) complete all as specified and directed. Note: ASF Media combination quality & quantity shall be as directed & recommended by OEM only. Notes for item Nos 2 to 6 :- (a) Daily consumption quantity of each item viz, Chemical Bio Culture Bacteria solution, Sodium Hypochloride etc shall be submitted.Also daily consumption of all chemicals shall be recorded in register and maintained at site. (b) The manufacturer shall comply and guarantee the authenticity of the product by providing Test Certificate with Hologram which will be provided by the Authrorised Distributor at the distribution point for each Batch of Product delivered on their letter head. (c) The manufacturer will affix its hologram on each and every drum/container/bag. If the said product is delivered without the said hologram and/or it is seen to be tampered, then the product can be discarded as spurious.

Material and labour for MBBR fludised bio-media of vergin PPUV stablized material,cylindrical with external fins structure,black colour,22mm dia x 16mm height ,specific gravity 0.9 to 0.95 gms/sqcm all as specififed and as directed . Make: TP Aqua/Cool tech/Hydrotech as approved

Material and labour Bactria culture for STP for developing MLSS and control odor complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Organic plus or its techno commercial equivalent make aproved by GE.

M&L for rewinding of the electric motor of above 5Hp upto 10 HP capacity duly disconnecting (elctric/water connection) and taking down electric motor (mono block/centrifugal) from the existing position and inspecting the same, transporting to workshop for repairs and bringing it back. Cutting and removing the burnt out winding conductors, rewinding the same with same gauge and weight of insulated super enamelled copper conductor and providing cotton insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying, refixing in position checking the alignment along with pump set connecting up with the electrical and water line connection system, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

Opeining of the unserviceable bearing from the centrifugal pump set replacing the same with the new bearing set sutiable for motor/ pump set 7.5/10HP capacity including re-aliging the pump and motor complete all as directed.

Opeining of the unserviceable bearing from the centrifugal pump set renewing the same with the new bearing set sutiable for motor/ pump set 1/2/3/5hp capacity including re-aliging the pump and motor complete all as directed.

Supplying of 'Aquafit' Brand calcium hypochloride 65-70% chlorine content in granular form to mix with drinking water which is received at Pump house for purifing the water & mainaining its PPM, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sree rayalama Hi-Strength Hypo ltd or Equivalent.

Repairs to sewage pump including replacing the impeller upto 5 HP mud pump Kirloskar and unserviceable parts viz bushes, gland cover with nut bolts gland rope etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs to sewage pump including replacing the impeller above 5 upto 10 HP mud pump Kirloskar and unserviceable parts viz bushes, gland cover with nut bolts gland rope etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Reconditioning of shaft by metal filling and machining as required and replacement of shaft sleeves with new one of capacity rating up to 5 hp pump set Note :- Without causing any interruption of regular water supply and complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs/replacent of wornout spares of Air blower 3-ph,415volts,50hz of capacity 130cum/hr @0.4KSC,twin loop type including suction filter,motor pully & replacement of unservceable spares such as 'V' belt,bearings, shaft,suction filter,motor pulley & blower motor oil with new one including all nessary misc items for satisafactory completion of job complete all as Specififed & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L cleaning the all/any type of tanks(Bar screen chamber/Oil and grease chamber/grit trap chamber/Equalization tank/Aeration tank/Clarifier tank/Anoxic tank/sludge holding tank/traeted water tank etc) pertains to sewage treatment plant 80KLD including receiving sump(collection tank) with suiatble chemeicals, drying the tanks and disposal of Dry sludge minmum distance of 1km raduis from STP location & maintain high level hygiene in STP permises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) For disposal of dry sludge contactor shall make arrange transport sysytem quoted rate shall be inclusive in unit rate.

Taking out water sample from collection/recieving sump of STP in clean container and getting the same tested from the “any central/state govt approved labs ” for Ph/COD/BOD & other parameters as mentioned in standard proforma of TS pollution control board complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note item no.29 &30: Contractor shall make arrangments for taking out the sample & deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

Taking out water sample from treated water sump of STP in clean container and getting the same tested from the “any central/state govt approved labs ” for Ph/COD/BOD & other parameters as mentioned in standard proforma of TS pollution control board complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note item no.29 &30: Contractor shall make arrangments for taking out the sample & deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate.

M&L for spray painting of activated carbon/sand filters indoor/outdoor plinth mounted/surface mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking of panel board with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall be directed by Engr-in-Charg e, complete all as specified and directed. Note: For ourtdoor plinth shall be white washed is deemed to be include in the quoted rate.
