Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick / stone/ concrete wall / ceiling surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Demolition of brick or stone Masonary built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 6.00 above except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old servieable stones/bricks retrieved vide Sl item No 5.00 shall be reused.

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on other than fair faces of stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar in CM (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC measured and paid separately.

Dismantling loose /disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bend shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dobbing out with PCC 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surfaces of reinforcement and provision of necessary supporting form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick in vertical surfaces area of each tile of exc. 0.11 Sqm and but not exc. 0.18 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the item No 15.00 above but as in skirting over 10 mm screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabe including rubbing and mirror polishing complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the smooth of the slab incl rubbing & polishing complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate in slab supported on wall walls beams and columns in floors roof landings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), flat surfaces of concrete , surface is required to be fair finished complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window -cills, cooking platforms and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding of edge laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including rounding of edges of stone slabs one edge, complete all as spcified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 15mm GI tubing, fittings and connections and removing from site or keeping aside for refixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs stainless steel plate rack made of not less than 050mm thick over all size 914mm x 609 mm x 255 mm and weight not less than 7.00 Kg each of approved quality complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minor variation in dimension may be permitted as per standard manufacturing models of manufacturer without price adjustment with prior approval of GE but weight shall not be less than 7.00 Kgs.

Taking down old unserviceable kitchen sink and S&F kitchen sink with drainage board overall size not less than 915x460mm, bowl size 410x 330x160mm made of stainless steel 1.00 mm thick with plugs, washers and waste pipe and CP coupling including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minor variation in dimension + 20mm as per standard catalogue of manufacturer may be approval of GE in writing without price adjustment.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern, 10 Ltrs capacity, White, with inlet ball valve, float and handle fixed on walls by driling holes and using PVC rawl plug of suitable size complete al as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts and bolts of length 450mm etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 15mm bore cast copper alloy chromium plated bib tapISI marked with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proofing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm & the second layer slurry @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 micron polyflim with adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable water closet and S&F vitreous China "Orissa pattern" size 580 x 440mm" coloured, with intergral foot rests with vitreous china 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphnage pipe and making good the floor to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality and make confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1mm average thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered/rough cast plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of primer over 1 mm thick finished coat of white care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for fair finishes drain or channel 30cm and over in girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forming mounds metred /stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Only on old surfaces mirror polishing on marble/granite/kota stone where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified & directed.
