Construction of Temporary LT Line in Arail area during Magh Mela 2021-22 which includes loading, carriage and unloading of materials from Dump site to work site and work site to Dump site alongwith dismantling of line after Magh Mela.

Construction of L.T. line single phase 4 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 8.5/9 Mtr. long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 8 nos latching per span on main roads and 4 nos latching per span in other area) & 4th poles of L.T. Line.

Maintenance of L.T. Line single phase, 4 wire by providing maintenance gang round complete Mela period.

Dismantling of L.T. line single phase, 4 wire after completion of Mela period and carriage back complete line material to Dump Site.

Construction of L.T. line Three phase 6 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 8.5/9 Mtr. long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 8 nos latching per span on main roads, Ghats and 4 nos latching per span in other area) & 4th poles of L.T. Line.

Dismantling of L.T. line Three phase 6 wire after completion of Mela period and carriage back complete line material to Dump Site.

Laying of L.T cable size 3.5x400/240 sqmm for the crossing of main road,gata road and akhada marg and proper connection with over head L.T line.

Installation of LED Street Light Fittings In Arail area by Mounting & fixing of street light bracket with clamps and LED street light fitting, on erected S.T.P. in proper position and making electrical connection. This also include maintenance (except repairing of street light fitting) and replacement of fittings during the Mela period, dismantling of the fittings after Mela and loading, carriage, unloading of material from Dump site to work site and return back to Dump site.

Providing Camp Connection with MCB in Arail area during Magh Mela 2020-21 by providing Wiring, MCB and Light Fitting in camps, premises, shops etc. by fixing, fitting, tapping of connection from nearest mains with no joints in wires except end terminal and all such materials required for actual energisation of these light points irrespective of their distance inside the camps, shops, premises etc will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.

Providing Bulk supply/single points connection to Mela Area with MCB for administrative camps and all essential services by providing following capacity of distribution board(Distribution board will provided by contractor on rental basis)

Installation of Distribution board of size 2.5'x2' on wooden board with cutout of 200/100/63 amp as per requirement of site for three phase along with neutral link on rental basis. The distribution board should be fixed on iron angle frame at the height of 5' from ground level.

Installation of Single Phase/Three Phase (as per requirement) Distribution board having capacity of 32/16/5 amp on wooden/PVC board on rental basis.

Providing 5 Amp Socket Point connection (Standard make ISI approved) For Charging Mobile/ Battery for communication & biometric system will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.

Installation of Switches 5/15 Amp. (Standard make ISI approved) will be provided by the contractor on rental basis.

Provision for electrician in administrative camps round O' clock which includes 3 nos electrician per shift i.e 9 nos electrician per day for maintaining 24hrs supply.

Construction of 11 KV line & 100 KVA Sub-Station for giving supply to Jal Nigam Tube well in Arail area including maintenance during Electrification work of Magh Mela 2020-21, which includes loading, carriage and unloading of materials from Dump Site to work site and work site to Dump Site, alongwith dismantling of line after Mela.

Construction of Temporary 11 KV overhead Line on STP 11 Mtr. long after erection of pole by ACSR Dog conductor with proper guarding(min 8 nos latching per span) and its earthing.

Maintenance of 11 KV overhead Line by providing maintenance gang round the complete Mela period.

Dismantling of 11 KV overhead Line after completion of Mela period and carriage back complete line material to Dump Site.

Construction of section double pole for 11kv line on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/angles/G.O, painting and earthing etc.

Construction of section four pole for 11kv line on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/ angles, plinthing, painting and earthing etc.

Construction of double pole for 1x100 kva t/f on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/with bracing angles /G.O, D.O, painting and earthing etc.

Carriage of 100 KVA Transformer from Dump Site and installation on DP,earthing of transfarmer body and neutral. After completion of Mela all material is to be dismantled and returned to Dump Site.

Laying/hanging of L.T cable 3½x70/150 Sqmm or equivalent size cable from transformer to main switch of tubewell in mela area.

Construction of 11/0.4 KV, 2x400 KVA Temporary Sub-Station & Laying of L.T. Cable in Arail Area for Electrification work of Magh Mela 2020-21 and its maintenance during Mela period. This also include dismantling of the material after Mela including loading, carriage and unloading of material from Magh Dump site to site of work and return back to Dump site after Mela.

Construction of four pole structure on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/ angles, painting and earthing etc.

Construction of double pole structure on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/angles/G.O., D.O., plinthing, painting and earthing etc. Gang/D.O. as per requirement.

Construction of T/f plinth of size 1.5x1.5.x1.25 Mtr. with Ist class bricks of 0.95 meter height and 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 meter thickness. brick work will be in ratio of 1:4 Cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm. below from the top of plinth. The cement, sand and stone ballast should be placed in ratio 1:2:4 and 2 nos. channels be grouted in the concrete. The T/f plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12mm thick in 1:6 Cement, and mortar.

Installation of 400 KVA Transformer on plinth and making all HT/LT connections from transformer to L.T Tailless unit.

Installation of G.O. 4 Nos. D.O. 2 Nos. fittings, making of Busbar on the top portion of structure with cutting, fabrication and mounting of channel/Angle on four pole.

Installation of Tailless Unit by providing structure of channels with the help of 3/4 meter long M.S. Channel including mounting of 12 to 16 Nos. Tailless Unit 500/300 Amps. Also making of copper bus bar and its tapping, and earthing of structure by earth rod at two Point

Making of foundation plinth for D.G. Set of Size 14x4 ft. with the help of 1st Class Brick and its plastering with cement and Sand in ratio 1:6 which includes Installation of D.G. Set, fixing of Change Over Switch on Sub Station Angle size 65x65x6 mm and its proper connection and Operation of D.G. set during Mela Period.

Installation & Operation of DG set 125/63 KVA & Dismentalling After Completion of Magh Mela.

Bamboo barricading around four pole, Tailless unit and transformer plinth for saftey purpose including its painting.

Brick barricading, singhara with bricks and painting alternatively with Geru and Lime.

Operation, maintenance of above 11/0.4 KV, 2x400 KVA sub station during Magh Mela 2020-21 round the clock from the date of energization with the help of skilled maintenance staff for During Mela Period.

Fixing of Fire bucket stand with four nos. buckets including its grouting at various sub-station in Magh Mela 2020-21 and painting of buckets and stand and letter writing.

Laying of L.T. PVC cable 3.5x400 sq mm or equivalent size which also include maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela.

Laying of L.T. PVC Cable 3 ½ x240 sq. mm.or equivalent size inside sand, which also includes maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela.

Laying of L.T. PVC Cable 3 ½ x150 sq. mm.or equivalent size inside sand, which also includes maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela.

Laying of L.T. PVC cable 3.5x 70 sq mm or equivalent size which also include maintenance and dismantling of cable after Mela including carriage from Dump site to work site and back carriage from site of work to Dump site.
