Removing UNSV door shutter carefully by unriveting the hinges,S&F new door shutter made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape duly fixed to almirah large steel with new 80mm long MS hinge. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV lock from shutters of almirah large steel;S&F new 6 lever lock with duplicate keys. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.Make of Locks-Godrej/Harrison/Link

Removing UNSV handle from almirah steel large ,S&F new 130mm long chromium plated handle to steel shutters ,Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV/damaged shelf carefully by removing the rivets and welding spots,S&F new shelf made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV/damaged bottom portion carefully by removing rivets and welding spots and S&F new bottom made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape by welding . Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV leg from bottom of almirah carefully by unriveting and using hand held cutting machine without damaging the other parts.S&F new leg made of 1mm thick MS sheet to the existing place through welding and riveting.Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for painting each almirah by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of synthetic paint as per existing shade shall be applied externally and internally to complete almirah.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.

Removing the existing torn out tapestry cloth ,pressed foam cushion,elastic webbing tape,PVC lipping from seat and back by unscrewing the seat and back from frame of chair carefully.S&F new seat and back made by using 60mm thick 40 density foam sheets,new webbing tape,new PVC lipping duly covered with new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture of rate not less than 350 per mtr.The fixing of cloth shall be done by using heavy duty gun tacker.The seat and back shall also be covered with plastic transparent film.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing torn out tapsetry cloth from seat and back of chair carefully after removing the PVC lipping.S&F new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture to seat and back of chair along with PVC lipping to restore the chair in original shape ,the rate of cloth shall not be less than 350 per mtr.The fixing of cloth shall be done by using heavy duty gun tacker.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair and S&F new arm of same shape and size ,made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Removing unserviceable castor twin wheels and S&F new castor twin wheel suitable for chair computer all as directed

Removing unserviceable 5 spokes stainless steel adjustable pedestal assembly, S&F new 5 spokes stainless steel adjustable pedestal assembly to chair computer all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removing unserviceable hydraulic gas lift cylinder of chair ,S&F new hydraulic gas lift cylinder to chair.Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Painting to all steel portion of chair computer with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth.

CHAIR WRITING / VISITOR ,TP, FD/E6/MAP/12

Removing UNSV one piece PVC seat and back and supply and fix new one piece seat and back to Chair school with hand board.Complete all as directed and shown on drawing. Make of one piece seat and back : Nilkamal/Supreme/Cello/AMKO/Blow plast.

Removing the existing foot rest wire mesh of chair school and S & F the same with new one duly welded to match with existing complete all as specified, as directed and as shown on drawing.
