Erection of metallic pole/RS Joist of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.-Above 8.0 metre and upto 11.0 metre

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Erection of 100 sqmm AAA conductor including binding etc. as reqd.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I.pin, nuts, washers as reqd.

Supply of R S Joist pole (ISMB 150 MMX150 MM) per meter/34.6 Kg, 9 meter height

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg/m), pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supply of G.I.Wire no.8 SWG

Supply of M.S.angle & Flat 50 mm x 6 mm for clamp

Supply of M.S.Bolt & nut size: 16 mmX50 mm

Labour charges for steel work welded in built up section trusses & framed work including cutting hoisting & fixing in position etc as reqd.

Erection of cradle guard

Making of chemical earth pit including earthing electrode (GI Pipe, 50mm dia & 3 Mtrs length) with MFC-20 Bentonite powder

Supply & installation of danger Board (warning Board) with radium sticker on APC board as per IS-2551-1982, size-1 ft X 1.5 ft. Language to be decided by Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply and erection of 11 Kv grade 1000 Amp, 25 KA for 3 second, 3 phase, double brake, centre post rotating, Off load, manual operated, isolator without earth switch, with 09 nos 11 KV grade porcelain/Polymer post insulators, vertical opening pipe and face coupling pipe on the double pole cross arm.

Supply and erection of a set of cross bracing FRL same work for 11 KV over \head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50mm X 6mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supply of 100 sq mm All aluminium Alloy Dog Up conductor

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
