S& F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-16, complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Preparation of new surface of steel and steel based material of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome and two coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge.

Supply & Fix Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, all as specified.

S&F Sheet glass,4.00 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane .

S & F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts extruded section 100 mm size all as specified and directed

S & F Extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised size 150 mm all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out in hard dense soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth aroung, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and remooving surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel works posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290 or E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, PVC Coated galvanized Iron chain link fencing having tensile strength 6-25 Mpa, Elongation 10-15% and wire mesh size of 50-65mm to 75mm, complete all as specicfied and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incliding fline wires, any mesh , size and type fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., incliding provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed Note : Supply only chain link fencing and line wire will be measeured and paid separetly.

Supply & fixing Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified.

Supply only Mild Steel round Bar 10 mm dia Grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) to be fixed as line wires in Chain Link Fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 10 mm dia MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt & n.exc 5 cm long complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M& L For 4.0mtr wide steel gate with RCC M-25 colum, as per CE Air force Bangalore Drg No. AFB/TD/128 (R), Complete all as specified and dircted by engr in charge.

S & F for Powder Coated aluminium frame for partitions with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S & F for 5.50 mm thick sheet glass as in panes complete all as specified.

S & F for 12 mm particle board for insulation purposes, fixed with nails to timber/ aluminum frame work complete all as specified.
