Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density,incl all cost & carriage of stone agg complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove dirt, dust, mud, etc and finally booming the surface as per required specifications incl. loading unloading of all materials involved upto the site of work.cost of bitumen on W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg/sqm.

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted premix bituminous macadam base course with crushed stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in MORTH specification and straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3% by weight of total mix, not less than 60kgs per cum in hot mixing plant, transportation and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, i/c rolling with 8-10 tonne capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction & density i/c cost and carriage of all materials involved from Hot mix plant upto site of work within 15km complete + 5km additional carriage from Hot Mix Plant upto site i/c all taxes complete. (the rate shall be inclusive of cost & carriage of stone agg friom Bpr to plant site).

Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates satisfying gradation set out in specification with 5% binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of VG-10 (80/100) not less than 2.83 kgs/sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finish complete and i/e cost of carriage from hot mix plant upto site complete i/c all taxes. (The rate shall be inclusive of carriage & cost of stone aggregate from Bandipora to Plant site

Providing and laying 6mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed fine aggregate of Bitumen of VG-10 grade (80/100) per cum of fine agg (0.768 kgs of bitumen/sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine aggregat per 100 sqm of road surface from Hot Mix Plant (within 15km) + 5km avg additional carriage from hot mix plant upto site

Providing and laying RBM/ Nallah muck including spreading in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8 to 10 tonne power road roller at OMC to achieve atleast 98% of maximum dry density as per IS 2720 to the required camber and grade including all lead , lift carriage complete job
