Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall mix:1:4 Coarse sand

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work two or more coats applied @1.67 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @.90litre /10sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of require colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over and under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved paint

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushes wood measured at a height of 3m above ground level and removal of rubbish

Use of Anti weed chemical spray

Disposal of Morrum/building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes level and plumb including raking out joints simultaneous flush pointing with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) curing etc. Complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing/stacking/Reinstalling of drain covers within 50 mtr lead

Cutting collection and disposal of jungle having grass ,brushes and medium size tress/tall plants of maximum diameter 100 mm with JCB machine along with machine operator/driver for period of 8 hrs as per direction of EIC
